Worked as described
Lovely little connector that does its job. The screwdriver that comes with it is kinda crappy, but then again I wasn't really expecting any more from it and it would work in a pinch if you don't have anything better already.

Minor mod needed to pair them together
Intended to use these units to plug into each other midway in a cable connecting to panels of breadboard equipment. I expected to have to remove two of the female posts on one of the plugs to enable them to pair together, but soon found that the posts on the male unit also holds the shield to the male plug. On the female side the shield is part of the plug. Since in my application it didn’t matter which side had the female screw posts, I just just reversed the assignment.To get them to stay firmly together I found an old cable that had a set of thumb screws that worked just fine.

Poor design.Can't attach to a computer, or other terminal that has nuts.
