OK where to start? These male wraps work! Why didn't I try these sooner! No leaking and they stay on. I've never had the velcro fail. My dog measures 25" around and I bought the Large size. They fit great, with a good overlap. I spread them out and check to make sure the underside edges are where they should be and I have had no problems. I have a Schnauzer that from the day I brought him home , has been a piddler. He piddles when he is excited, when company comes over and when he thinks he is in trouble. He's an emotional piddler. He can't help it. I hesitated to buy, because I didn't think there was chance that he would tolerate the wrap and leave it alone. Well, he doesn't mind when I put the wrap on, and once on, he has never as so much looked at it. My dog is so unaware of the wrap that when I put him out, if I don't get it off quickly enough, he just lifts his leg and goes. I also didn't want to waste $$$ buying an incorrect size. According to the size chart a medium or large could have worked. I am glad I chose the large. I think the overlap is good so the fit can be adjusted. Why, oh why, didn't I buy these years ago?! I could have saved 11 years of clean up and frustration. When you compare paper towels and cleaners, home carpet cleaners, professional carpet cleaning and replacing a whole house of carpet and putting in tile flooring .... the cost of this dog wrap is ....well, it's a no brainer!Good luck, if you try these I hope you get the same results I have gotten and are as ecstatic as I am.

I have a 3 year old, 65 pound, Husky/Aussie mix. He has a urinary issue where he piddles all the time and doesn’t have control over it. We went the reusable route and it was a smelly mess. Co worker recommended getting diapers off chewy as they were worth the price. Did that for a bit until I realized how much of a steal it is on Amazon!!! Will only order from here from now on. These diapers are the biggest lifesaver and fit him so well. He isn’t a fan of getting them on but doesn’t care when it’s on. It’s made our lives and his, so much better!!! Definitely recommend these!

My dog is older and has had a few accidents inside the house. These diapers work great for him and I like how easy they are to put on him. The velcro is strong and the diapers stay on him. They absorb a lot and there have been no leaks. Will continue to order these doggy diapers.

This review relates to a 14 1/2 year old german shepherd with a lot of urine output. When this belly band is in the right place, it's fantastic and actually does prevent accidents and leaks. The problem is that overnight, as he shifts and turns and gets up and down, the pad scrunches up, and in the 1/4 chance that it scrunches the right way and the 1 1/2 inch "cup" it creates is perfectly placed - yay! But at least 3/4 of the time, it has scrunched forwards or back and there is no way he can move his body fast enough to get outside on time. But he tries, so there is no way I can adjust the belly band on time. But for daytime use, the cost savings is worth it.Update: after three weeks we are up to a 6/7 success rate. This really makes the cost savings worth it. I anticipate continued improvement.

I finally took the plunge to get these to control my older dog's urinary incontinence and they work very well. They are extremely absorbent and the velcro-type fastener holds really well. They appear to be comfortable too, I was afraid that my dog would try to rip it off but he doesn't pay it any mind at all. Just a few notes:1.) These have little "flaps" that fold back in -- you need to make sure you use these flaps to make a "pocket" and that your dog's penis is completely in the pocket. Otherwise these will just make a huge mess (I learned the hard way). See my attached picture with the marker :)2.) The sizing guide seems off. I measured my dog (a German Shepherd mix) where indicated and he is 27 inches. The "Large" size should work for 26-29.5 inches, so he is actually on the lower end of this range. However, these barely fit. The material seems like it may have a little stretch to it, so maybe that is where the full 29.5 comes from but I am not sure how that would affect comfort. These go on but not even all of the velcro material overlaps, so he is almost to big for them at 27 inches. "Large" is the biggest size I can find here on Amazon, but the material itself seems durable enough that you probably could use elastic clips (search for bed sheet fasteners) if your dog is really big.3.) The velcro-ish material (not actual velcro, but much softer and finer) is reusable, so if you put on a wrap and it stays clean, you can take it off while you walk your dog and reapply it.4.) I have not observed the wetness indicator to work yet. However, my dog has yet to completely saturate these either. He mostly fills it up enough that I want to use a new one, but have not had it completely soaked.All in all these work great, just be wary of the sizing. I really don't think these would work and be comfortable if my dog was over 27 inches. The price is decent too, hovering between $15-20 for a pack of 50 (30-40 cents each). My dog slowly leaks urine instead of going all at once and I seem to be going through about 4 of these per day, so $2/day to not have urine all over my house is definitely worth it to me.EDIT: I have opened up a second pack and these seem to be substantially larger than the first pack. They fit my dog's 27 inch waist with a few to spare, they definitely seem to be within the sizing specs for the "Large" size. The first pack was indeed labeled large, so I am not sure if either some Mediums got packaged incorrectly or if sizing between batches is radically inconsistent. I'll update again if I have any more exciting dog diaper sizing quips.

Good diaper on the 3rd order and not one has leaked. Just get the right size.
