🚀 Upgrade your network, skip the fiber fuss!
The MikroTik S+RJ10 module revolutionizes network upgrades by delivering up to 10 Gbps speeds over standard RJ45 twisted-pair cables via SFP+ ports. Designed for MikroTik devices with active or passive cooling, it supports a broad range of speeds and operates reliably across a wide temperature spectrum, enabling seamless, cost-effective next-gen connectivity without the need for optical fiber installation.

Work great though existing Cat5e wiring, overkill for short runs
On the pricey side, and they run ridiculously, hilariously hot (95-105C), but they can reliably push 10GaseT though the existing Cat5e runs in the walls of my multi-story house, where no other SFPs I've tried have been successful.I only bother with these for long in-wall runs - cheaper knock-offs (e.g. Ipolex and 10GTek) work fine for short 3-6 foot patches, e.g. between a switch and a PC, and run much cooler. If you've dismissed 10G as not being possible in your setup due to old wiring, it's worth giving a pair of these a try.Note that if you're not constrained by existing wiring, though, you're almost certainly better off using fiber instead of twisted pair copper - it's generally much cheaper and easier all around when dealing with 5-10 gig networking.

Great for Unifi
This worked perfectly with my ubiquity dream machine. It did not overheat and speeds were very consistent, I highly recommend this product.

Works as designed
Works perfectly as designed with a MikroTik router.

Functions, there are cheaper options out there
Purchase this as a recommendation from a link on a website to be able to utilize my 2.5 gig cable modem with my dream machine pro unfortunately I did no research and found out there are significantly cheaper options that would have accomplished the exact same thing for much less money, don't be done like I was do some research

UDM Pro + MikroTik SFP is the Perfect Combination.
I used this in conjunction with my Unifi Dream Machine Pro to get a 2.5Gig connection to my ISP's ONT. I went from a 1G connection to 2.5G and it was capable of handling both - this couldn't be said about some of the other competitor SFP+ that I used beforehand. Highly recommend anything MikroTik now as it seems to be very competitive to Ubiquiti's products and offered this as a solution prior to Ubiquiti offering their own SFP+ capable SFP to do the same thing.

Works with the Humax router installed by ATT.
I have a UDM pro hooked up to a Humax router via RJ45. My current ATT service is 2.5Gbps The original SFP+ module I purchased worked but killed my upload speed. This SFP+ module gave me full up and down speeds.I believe where I went wrong on the first purchase was I didn't get a module that could auto-negotioate down from 10Gbps. This module does.I'll pay closer attention to the descriptions from now on.

This SFP+ Module Works with AT&T 5 Gig Internet & UXG-Pro
This MikroTik S+RJ10 was the only SFP+ RJ45 module I was able to get to work with AT&T 5 gig fiber internet. My setup is AT&T BGW-320 gateway -> Ubiquiti UXG-Pro. Originally I purchased the following SFP+ modules from reviews on Amazon, Reddit and Ubiquiti forms: B07P39G4XJ Wiitek SFP-10G-T B01MS8OXJ8 10Gtek 10G-SFP-T(Ubiquiti-1pc) B089D1ZYCJ fiber mall UF-RJ45-10G These 3 SFP+ all connected and had good download speeds of around 3.7-4.7Gbit, but the uploads speeds were around 300Mbits and sometimes reach 500-700Mbits. There are others having similar issues with the UDM Pro and someone on Reddit was able to find this MikroTik SFP+ to work. I got delivery of this product today and was able to plug it into the UXG-Pro and get my uploads speeds greater than 1Gbit.My setup is MacBook Pro M1 Max & HP Book Firefly 15 G7 (WIN10) -> B07KTLP44W QNAP QNA-T310G1S -> Ubiquiti DAC Cable (included with UXG-Pro) -> AT&T BGW-320Wiitek support was very responsive, but the UXG-Pro was a newer product they haven’t tested so they suggested I contact Ubiquiti.I’ve tested the SFP+ Module from the QNAP to the AT&T gateway and the MikroTik was able to support the fast download and upload speeds, the other 3 only supported the fast download speeds and had similar issues with the uploads speeds averaging around 300Mbits

Works with AT&T 5Gbit Fiber Modem
Bought this to install in a Mikrotik 10G switch and plug in my AT&T Fiber modem/router combo unit. The combo unit has a 5Gbps port, which is somewhat infamous for being particularly picky with SFP+ to Ethernet adapters on the other end. While my service is currently limited to only 1Gbps (pending some other network upgrades), this adapter seems to deliver the full gigabit speeds, and establishes a 5Gbps link to the modem.
