Not sure exactly what you mean. Are you referring to the probe tips or the sockets that they sit in. Either way they are standard probe tips as found on probe master and the female probe housings are standard.

Q: Is this multimeter has auto power off function?

Can be modified. The chip inside supports auto-off but the manufacturer's design disables this feature. Cutting trace 111 from the controller chip inside this device reenables the auto-off, however it also disables the data port (but who wants it anyway?). If you really want data and autooff then trace 111 needs some kind of switch on it - various articles on line about this mod. A simple manual switch would do, but there are also options for an automatic switching solution.

Q: What does the a b c or d at the end of the model denote ?

They are different models, with slightly different functions. For example, not all models have temperature measurement, or computer serial connection. Another difference can be the count DMM. All the core features, such as voltage, resistance, capacitance and the auto-range are common for all models. You might want to check UNI-T website for details. I have the B, it’s a 4000 count DMM and has a temperature probe and computer connection.
