This book i took my time to read, so I can absorb all the principles. This book showed me im doing some of the principles but im not doing the follow through. I did do the challenges and I can see where I need to change and make my life better. Im so grateful that I found tony robbins a few years ago, and he is constantly challenging me and helping me through his books, specials and emails and special presentations that he emails me. I am so ready to make changes for a better fullfilling life.

Ordered many of his audio sets and books many years ago. Thought I’d nailed it but nope! No action no progress. Bought three books on Amazon at the same time. Really looking forward to diving back into this book so I can take the steps and reset my life for good!
