This is the second edition of famous CMOS Analog Design (2002) text book by Behzad Razavi. Those who want to learn Analog circuit design must buy this book. This new edition contains design tips for nanometre (40 nm) CMOS technology and introduction to FinFet technology.

It's an honest Review, studied MOSFET from B.P. Lathi Book, then came across CMOS, man it was so vivid and beautifully explained. Worth every single bucks!
