This seems to be a pretty decent collagen supplement both for beauty and joint needs and it’s nice to have both of them combined.There’s another popular one I’m used to using, but I feel like this one does a little more.

This stuff gets inside of you. Yes, (it is easily absorbed). Oh, and it has everything I love: Hydrolyzed everything! (Pre digested), balanced collagen sources, Scoop present, No flavor!, 900mg Hyaluronic Acid! And then to top it off Bacillus coagulans (The spore forming bacteria that have amazing shelf life and wonderful benefits in your body).I don’t know what magic they have up their sleeve, but I have been researching supplements since the late 90s. This one is thumbs up! It just ‘gets in you”! I promise, I was ready to quibble! (Now, there are 50 servings in this, so I just take 2. But that’s something to be mindful of, since it also means you’re getting double doses of the “other” ingredients. (So tragic! I know! Personally I love that)* Fish bones? Mercury content? Who knows. But there is no way around that. I just take this with chlorella personally.* That is a massive dose of HA (hyaluronic acid). I’m not complaining, but it reacts with the gut mucosa to pull in other ingredients like peptides. (Just something to be mindful of if someone has too many lipopolysaccharides in their gut.). (This is not a claim, just loosely referencing the very common knowledge from “peer-reviewed journals about “gut dysbiosis)* How much of each? They don’t tell us how much of each collagen type we are getting. (I.e. The exact ratio of chicken to bovine to eggshell collagen is unknown) They use clever wording to describe the ‘proprietary blend”. But no, the blend of collagen types does not create superior absorption.* Nope! The blend with the HA might. If they wanted to, they could tell us the ratios of collagen types without giving away their “secret” absorption formulation. High-level scripting there!* Doctor formulated: Who? Hey, this is gold so I believe it. But they don’t list a name. Why?* Third Party tested. For what? Oxygen content? ;-) Just kidding…but seriously, we need more detail.
