I love this!! I used to use Nar Case belt pouches, but those don't work with the new style Narcan/naloxone nasal spray units. There are newer pouches but they don't seem to be rigid. Anyway. This is rigid enough and fits any variety of naloxone nasal spray on the market that I've had. It fits nicely inside my bag, too. I carry a variety of emergency equipment (was an EMT) and this has been a nice addition to the menagerie.This was a great value for the money spent! Those belt pouches were in the ballpark of $30 EACH so I definitely bought this when I finally had to replace them.I've had this for a couple of months now and it protects my Narcan (I have the brand) and keeps it where it's easily accessible.I have friends who also carry naloxone. For anyone who carries a large purse or a backpack, this would be a great addition to have.I will absolutely buy one of these for any one of my friends/family who is willing to carry it.

Great addition to my duty bag. Thankfully I have not had to use any naloxone but at least I know it’s being protected.

Fortunately, I haven't needed to use this yet. However, as most of us have a loved one (including our family) who has opioid issues, this kit can be a lifesaver. It's practical and easy to have on-hand. The only thing is that it can't be left in the car in temperature extremes (heat and cold) as it can render it less effective. We're thankful this exists and hope more people will choose to have a kit in whatever scenarios they can. It can save a life. Perhaps your loved one or mine.

Good hard case for your Narcan. It holds the applicators well. I like the little carabiner. It’s not a real or strong one but works well to hold to your med bag or first aid kit etc.one slight downside is that the case is labeled y the drug generic name and most laymen don’t recognize it as Narcan (brand name) so if someone other than a professional have to run for your bag to get it it may be an issue. Not a deal breaker but just a thought because I do understand the branding copyright issue.

I purchased 2 of the overdose kit carrying cases, and they’re exactly what I needed! I carry the injectable Naloxone and my partner carries the nasal spray Naloxone. These kits worked for both types, everything fit perfectly. The quality seems great, I’m very happy with this product.

I love the holder. It also holds a pair of gloves, it also comes with a card for instructions.
