I've had to buy a few of these for work. I just received this one a few days ago, but so far it's my favorite of all we've tried. It's similar in size to other boxes I've purchased. Here's are the advantages of this device over others: 1- The screen is easier to wake up. No tapping necessary. Just hold your finger on the screen for a few seconds. 2- There is a bin inside the device the key can be placed in. We've had a lot of issues with people closing the key or other items into the door and the boxes getting stuck. The bin should hopefully solve that problem. 3- It has a master key to open in case of emergency. As I just mentioned we've wasted a lot of time trying to open stuck boxes. This will be a great feature. 4- The cover is good for being able to post instructions for use inside. It will also help protect the device as this is located in a high traffic area, and the screen of old devices have been damaged. 5- It uses batteries. Yes, rechargeable limits waste, but it hasn't been practical. The cables get lost, and then you have to remove the device overnight to charge it. Luckily we don't have the device attached to a wall, we just use the doorknob hang, but if this is attached to a wall it would be quite a pain to recharge.

Works well but the cover flap does NOT stay on. It doesn’t have a clasp or anything, it just sits up. So if the lockbox isn’t leaning back, it falls off. Pretty annoying when the weather is poor. I have a feeling rain is going to damage it pretty quickly.

Unbelievable! Without a doubt, over the many years and probably thousands of products I've purchased through Amazon, this key lock box is by far the best! I'm so impressed with the quality, the elegance, the thoughtfulness of design. With keys, RFID, passcode, thumbprint, USB, and remote access, I can't imagine anyone being locked out. I would say, when setting it up, go slowly and follow the instructions explicitly. You get all the tools you need for installation, and the shackle is heavy duty and so easy to install and remove. The only thing disappointing is that you have to pay for extended features, but I guess I can live without them. We'll see. I may decide it's worth the $32/year. 😜 Definitely not enough of an issue to give this beautiful product anything less than a perfect 5!!

The first think I noticed about this Moquin Smart Key lock box is how durable and well-made it is. It is designed with multiple functions for unlocking the lock box and has plenty of room for hiding multiple keys inside of it. Once you familiarize yourself with all the different functions this lock box has, it is a breeze to set up via the app that accompanies the box. I love all the high-tech features that come with this lock box. You have multiple options to choose from for unlocking it, including 2 traditional cut keys, four key cards, passcode, and fingerprint bio-metrics, giving users plenty of methods for getting into the lock box, even if the batteries die unexpectedly. I also like that you have two battery options to keep it powered, as it works with both 4 AA alkaline batteries, as well as wireless charging via the USB-C charger. The C charging cord it comes with is a little short for my taste but I make it work, because I find that a lot of wireless products work best with the cords they come with. (Be prepared to install the 4 AA batteries first prior to setting up this lock box, noting the batteries are not included.)This type of smart lock box is a real game changer in home security, with so many methods of entry and accessibility that is easy enough for anyone to use with very little instruction. I found it to be more securely made than the old realtor lock boxes and more user-friendly. The app makes life a little less stressful, as it gives you the ability to operate the lock box remotely.Overall, this lock box is an excellent value for your money, due to its versatility of usage and its durable, weatherproof, high tech design. Truly an excellent product!

This is the lock box of the 21st century. I can't say that it was reinvented, but it is an improved and above all updated version of the traditional lock box.All the new features it brings make it a smart lock box. I replaced the one I had installed for years next to my house's garage and now every time I want to let someone other than my family members in, I assign them a temporary code or register their fingerprint for short periods.Obviously it retains the traditional and mechanical mechanisms of any other lock box, since you can open it with a key.Overall very, very good. Recommended!
