Could've been worse...
I lied it couldnt. Cheaply made which makes this dangerous.

Not sure it's worth the money.
When I received it the arms where the handles go were bent and had to be straightened to get the handles in. When riding the right foot scrapes the outside bar. Also the monitor doesn't work.
