Remote was compatible with my tv, the price was perfect and setup quickly to tv. Remote itself feels like the one that came with the TV.

This remote works perfectly. It was easy to connect to my television. The original remote that came with the television was misplaced and this one is exactly what I needed. I'm not tech savvy , so something like this is perfect for me at how easily it was to connect. Great quality too.

Excellent remote control. If you have struggled with the ridiculous remote included with your Vizio TV or inherited an ulcer from the subpar Smartcast Remote app that doesn't stay linked to your TV, look no further than here for a solution. I bought this and when it arrived I put 2 AAA batteries in it, pointed it at the TV and voila, instant workable remote control. It doesn't come with batteries, no big deal. It works and it's much, much better than the horrible app or the pathetic remote that came with the TV.Seriously, I can't give enough compliments on this remote. Don't hesitate to buy it. The price is right and it works. What more can you ask?

This is exactly what I needed.I dealt, for years, with what has to be the worst remote known to mankind. It came in the box with my Vizio E55-E1 tv so one might think it’d do what needed to be done right? Wrong! No menu button and only very basic functionality. The experience was supposed to be augmented via app but that piece of junk app was buggy and terrible. Eventually the app just quit connecting to the tv altogether. This finally got me to stop being lazy and I went looking for a replacement. I found this little gem have had zero problems since. Wish I’d replaced that old hunk of trash years ago.If you’re in the same boat; first, my sympathies and second, buy this remote.

Love the quick app buttons at the top. The back doesn't stay on very well but overall a great purchase....where have you been all my life?

Ordered this very cheap priced remote as it has extra shortcuts and buttons to make it easier to navigate and click on options on the Smart TV apps and screens. The original remote included with the TV doesn't have those, which forces you to download and use the Vizio Smart TV app. That works, but it lags and it's not as convenient to use than a physical remote.The remote worked on the TV right off the box once batteries are put in.The only thing else I would have liked on this remote would have been backlit buttons to make it easy to see what you're pressing when it's dark.

Just as some reviewers described, this remote works perfectly with my Vizio Smart TV right out of the box. No need to enter codes, etc. Only two features I wish it had (for YouTubeTV). One is an ability to scroll up or down a page at a time. You can only scroll one at a time. And the preprogrammed app buttons. I wish I could change them to apps I use. There are 6 buttons and only two are apps I subscribe to. Otherwise, for the price and how well it works, I recommend it.
