No hesitation to recommend.
I made gluten free/dairy free hot dog buns. This was a perfect size. I had hamburger bun mold also, so I had enough bread dough for both. I did not spray the bottom with any oil. Wasn't necessary. That can make the bottom crust crunchy. Someone mentioned it left a stain - probably from spraying the bottom, but who cares? What matters is do you have a good recipe & a good mold. This is a perfect mold.I highly recommend it.

Easy to use
We are trying to make more stuff at home and one of the kids loves hot dogs. These made it much easier to try out making our own buns. Will be using again.

Good for a standard mold
Very nice molds that are of good quality. Easy to fill and clean and they aren't sticky, so the bread comes right out. The only downside is it needs ventilation holes as the steam build up can cause the sides to become a bit gummy, especially if you are having to cook gluten free. If you need a mold for gluten free recipes I would look for one with ventilation holes as GF flours are more starchy and hold more water.

Not for the dishwasher
Technically, these are dishwasher safe, but they end up with horrible spotting that you will struggle to wipe off. I had to rewash and dry by hand. Air drying also caused spotting. You have to use a cookie sheet underneath and you still have to grease them. They baked well but with the added work, they aren’t as convenient as I’d hoped. I am returning.

Marvelous
I had constantly been searching a decent hot dog bun. Most are made of bleached flour and chemicals. When I saw this I was so excited to try it. I made a whole wheat dough and rolled it in hot dog sized rolls. They came out of the pan the right size and texture and made the best hot dog bun I have ever eaten. I know people will say "I can't bake" Yes you can. Find a recipe for a small loaf of bread and go to it. You willl never regret your effort.
