Left joycon constantly disconnected while attached to the system (non OLED). Dpad down was not responsive at times. Rumble felt off: it rattled around the connector brackets. The controllers felt loose while connected to the system.This echoed others complaints so I returned the product. Sad that this product is allowed to stay purchasable with obvious design flaws. Buyer beware.

I needed new joycons because the OG ones I have are giving me issues and ahead of Pokemon AZ, I know I will be sinking a min of 100 hours so I wanted to get something comfywent with these over the Mobapad HD because of the price and quick shipping from amazon. I would’ve had to wait 2 weeks for the other.It feels great in my hand in handheld and the buttons are not too loud. I wish black was in stock but oh well.I do get what folks say about it feeling cheap because of how light it is BUT once connected to the switch that feeling disappears.The ONLY reason I have it 4 stars is because of the gapping from wobbling. If it was more stiff I would’ve been able to do 5.I wish I got these 5 years ago when I got my switch.

I have several of these Hyperion Pro controllers, as well as the newer Hyperion 2, which is easily one of the best controllers I've ever used. Of the Nyxi controllers I own, there have been one or two issues that the company was very quick to offer support and resolve. That's really all one can ask for, knowing that the company stands behind their products and provides great support. I'm really satisfied with the quality of their products and excellent customer service. I look forward to what the company produces, hopefully including the Nintendo Switch 2!

Controller works fine to be honest, I have not bought too many of these so far maybe three different brands but all feel the same way, like cheap plastic, like toys, not a controller, picky? yes, but what I am actually looking for is the feel of an Xbox Elite controller, or a Scuff controller, man maybe even a PS5 controller, but not sure why (or I have not found them yet, if you know they exist let me know), for the Switch, most 3rd party stuff feels toyish. In my opinion of course, I am an "experienced" gamer (read: old) lol.... maybe that is why the search of better quality accessories.Apart from that, the other "issue" or detail I did not liked much, is the little play or looseness when attached in handheld mode on the switch, I have an OLED, not sure if that could be the reason, have not tried this controller (Joycons) on the non-Oled console. I can tell the flex is there when I leave the console on the table, with the controllers attached, the movement is evident, the console (or rather the joycons) sag and the console can be seen moving down.There is no extra support to avoid leaving all the weight of the console resting solely on the plastic rails.Joysticks feel as expected, no issues there, something I was surprised with, was the D-Pad, is clicky, like PC-mouse clicky, but the sound is muffled. The ABXY buttons feel more membrane-like but really similar to an Xbox controller.I never play with Gyro, but tested this just out of curiosity, with the Arcade game Cruisin. And although it worked, felt like in very low sensitivity. Not sure how to adjust this. I needed to realy twist my wrists to make a noticeable move on the car. Again, not sure if this can be related to the game itself, but like I said, this is probably the 1st time I use the gyro on this console, so not sure if this is normal operation.Anyway, the search continues.
