I have several of these Hyperion Pro controllers, as well as the newer Hyperion 2, which is easily one of the best controllers I've ever used. Of the Nyxi controllers I own, there have been one or two issues that the company was very quick to offer support and resolve. That's really all one can ask for, knowing that the company stands behind their products and provides great support. I'm really satisfied with the quality of their products and excellent customer service. I look forward to what the company produces, hopefully including the Nintendo Switch 2!

I needed new joycons because the OG ones I have are giving me issues and ahead of Pokemon AZ, I know I will be sinking a min of 100 hours so I wanted to get something comfywent with these over the Mobapad HD because of the price and quick shipping from amazon. I would’ve had to wait 2 weeks for the other.It feels great in my hand in handheld and the buttons are not too loud. I wish black was in stock but oh well.I do get what folks say about it feeling cheap because of how light it is BUT once connected to the switch that feeling disappears.The ONLY reason I have it 4 stars is because of the gapping from wobbling. If it was more stiff I would’ve been able to do 5.I wish I got these 5 years ago when I got my switch.

My switch was collecting dust. A major part of that, besides finding the time, was how uncomfortable playing with the joycons work. After countless hours of research and watching endless YouTube videos, I was sold on the Nyxi Hyperion. Of course there was a pro model with “non drift” joysticks, but I figured, why wouldn’t the original model be just as good. And if I experienced drift, this would be well into the time I spent with the controller. I even payed for next day shipping, that’s how badly I wanted the darn thing. At first, I was ecstatic, it felt like this was the product I had always been waiting for. Aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, lightweight, and did I mention comfortable?(both as joycons and as a whole) After spending three days with my switch, things seemed great until. Right Controller: Major drift on the right hand joystick. Top right button presses down on its own. Button mapping resets by itself. Colored lights toggle mode and colors by itself.Left: some drift . I saw a few one star reviews that experienced similar issues and yet I still decided to test the product out for sure. I tried trouble shooting the issues before returning the product. I wish success to the company. The vision is great but there is a lack in quality of the product. Not sure if I should give the pro version a shot or just look for a new product all together. I was hesitant to purchase an 8bitdo product, as they don’t offer joycon alternatives, just pro controller alternatives.

Works well

Honestly I don’t write reviews but this is wild. I’ve had this for about 2 months now and first month in it was drifting. Very slight drifting but enough to bother me. I take a lot of care of my things so this was not me, I had to write this review after I tried replaying Super Mario Odyssey and the controller made me fall into the lava and loose my mega heart that gives u 6 lives instead of 3. That’s preposterous. Back to the old wired controllers we go. Besides that this controller is pretty great tho.
