I bought this product as a replacement for my old wireless doorbell that had started playing up. It had an impressive high no. of reviews.The volume on this device is fantastic and I can now hear the doorbell from my back garden. The second device is at the top of stairs and pairs very easily no issues at all. There are multiple sounds many of which are aggravating but there are some good clear simple tones too. The plugs all have good quality sound controls and if you are looking for a doorbell for someone who is hard of hearing this can be turned up very loudly - it is great.All the items are quite well made and are light & easy to handle.Great value for money and am happy to recommend.

This is actually our second Tecknet doorbell. We bought our first one for our previous home. We were very impressed with it, so decided to buy the same model for the house we have recently moved into. In contrast to the other bell, this one comes with an additional wall plug-in chime. The extra chime is really useful. We have the main chime in our hallway and normally have the other one plugged into the dining room wall socket, but if I am working outside in the garden, I pull it out and plug it into an external socket. If I'm doing some project in the garage I can plug it in there and still be aware that someone is at the front door (usually somebody delivering an Amazon parcel).The product is sturdily made, came with clear instructions and was a doddle to fit and set up. There are 32 different ring tones to choose from - so, among the many strange, sometimes irritating tunes available, I was able to find one that pleased the wife and didn't scare the living daylights out of the cat! The four volume levels were also a useful feature and the fact that the receivers work off the mains means you don't have to worry about replacing batteries. So, once again, my wife and I are very happy with this purchase and have no hesitation in recommending this doorbell to prospective purchasers.

Good doorbell, with 2 separate doorbell plugs. A few different loudness settings. I have tested this on the loudest setting to see if I can hear it while in the garden, yes I can, great I don't have to wait inside in case I miss a delivery. I plugged one of them in the hallway (I can't hear this one from the garden), I plugged one in a back room nearer to my garden and can hear this one. It's very loud. You can of course choose a low or medium sound. The tunes are outdated and really quite awful however there are about 3 normal doorbell type tunes and one happy birthday tune so that was quite nice when it was our birthdays. I had hoped for some FUNKIER tunes actually but alas no, just quite cringey tunes that would get on your nerves. I still give it 4 stars because it works fine, does the job, looks quite nice and was very easy to set up. SET UP: Pair up the doorbell with the plug-in... plug it in, press the doorbell and the plug-in simultaneously, done, paired up. (You will need to do this before you stick it on your door unless you are Mr Tickle with very long arms OR just get another person to press it at the same time as you do). CHANGE TUNE: Press up or down button to select your tune, press the centre button for about 3 seconds, done.

The Tecknet Wireless doorbell is an affordable doorbell that looks aesthetically pleasing and works really well!The doorbell set is made up of 3 components, 2 recievers and 1 transmitter, these arrive packaged safely in frustration free packaging. Setting up the doorbell is as easy as plug & play. The doorbell comes with screws and wall plugs as well as a sticky pad to attach it however is best for you, i personally used the sticky pad due to having a PVC surround on my front door.I am unsure of the range of the doorbell but i have placed one of the plugs upstairs and one downstairs in my house and both are perfectly synchronised and work every time the button is pressed. Changing tone on the plugs is as simple as pressing the top or bottom button and then when you find a tone you like you leave it, the volume is adjusted by the big button in the middle and it can go much louder than what i originally expected. My one wish was that it would have a few more normal tones as opposed to lots of little songs which i am not really keen on.If you are looking for an affordable nice looking doorbell look no further as the Tecknet has impressed me so far and i am very happy with it.

Delivery as quoted, certainly very well packaged to avoid damage in the post. Very simple to install, first pop open the bell push (transmitter) & put the battery in place & close the cover. Now either use the double-sided tape on the back of the bell push & stick in place or use the two screws in the locator push-outs & screw carefully into place being careful not to over tighten the screws & crack the case, close the cover on the bell push (transmitter). Next plug one wireless receiver into the first desired electrical socket, press the music switch & choose your tune then press & hold the volume control button & the music switch OR press & hold the volume control button for 5 seconds, you should here a ding-dong warning tone & the blue LED flashes on the wireless receiver. This means the pairing mode is activated then push the bell which will play your music choice & means pairing is successful. Repeat for the second wireless receiver. NB-If your second wireless receiver is in a part of the house which will take you more than 5 seconds to reach, check blue LED is flashing then get back in time to push the bell (transmitter) pairing may not be successful with the second wireless receiver, I found it easier to have another person by the wireless receiver to shout & tell you OK so you can push the bell & complete pairing. Finally, you can have each wireless receiver playing a different tune if you so desire.
