Amazing product, works well!

Smooth slide and good performance
Received the item in good condition in its original box. Doubted the item as the box was not sealed. Returned twice, other model, once for leakage issue and the second time for pink dot seal open. Used 1st day and it is good. No leakage. Smooth slide with proper heat and steam. Easy to maneuver. I liked its performance and aesthetics.

Seems to be Fake product | Philips products seems to be a cheap duplicate. This cant be original.
water is leaking heavily just keeping the iron in horizontal position. A puddle of water just accumulated below the iron, also the plastic used in the product is very poor and the plastic shards are seen , finishing is very poor almost like a cheap product feel, not expected from philips. additionally no steam comes from bottom, only from the side nozzle when steam button pressed. However my fear is that this is a fake item, as the quality is very cheap and water is leaking from below without even touching the iron, this should not happen, the water is supposed to only flow through steam vents.

Mediocre and there could be better options
Design and finish of the product is below average. Irregular castings and shape, and the quality of finish looks pretty mediocre. Can’t digest that it’s a Philips product!! After couple of use, I agree to many others feedback about water leakage. There is an issue with the handle design as well as I accidentally push the spray button when pressing the clothes. Overall, below average and there could be better options at the same price
