These drops can easily give you a full boost of specific vitamins. If you prefer drops over vitamin pills this can replace a few different vitamins. The quickest absorption is to place under your tongue. They had a slight pleasant taste. Obviously, very easy to take.

This is an intensely incredible blend of extracts. It's not just bergamot itself, it has a ton of ingredients including garlic without any bad flavor. It shipped well and in tact. I use it with my other supplements but it's nice to use a liquid instead of a pill
