The 3 lengths in one is a very good feature. This is also lightweight but sturdy. I have to take off one star because the side can cut into your hands a bit. I don't mean actual cut, but you can feel it.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and I have gotta say that it is very well put together and great to use for lots of different cable exercises, like face pulls, tricep pulldowns, pullovers you get a really good stretch and the straps are comfortable making it easier to increase the weight you use as you progress, It's also reasonably priced unlike other more expensive brands I would highly recommend this for pros and novices alike

Very handy thing to have if you're always struggling to find attachments at your local gym.Stick this in your bag and you'll be golden, although maybe get something that shows that you own it on the off chance someone thinks you're trying to steal equipment.

This rope has been used for a few seasons on my multi gym and although the cord is well made, has been very durable with very strong stitching, webbing material and metal works, for me it is not very comfortable on the hands after a few reps . It tends to cut in and gets pretty uncomfortable after a while especially if I increase the stack.I tried to persevere with it in different positions on the cord but although they gave a different angle to hold/ pull from using more of my palm I still had similar problems after a while.I tried wearing cycling glove so I still had fingers free but it didn’t feel right.Pulling upwards reps from the base pulley was better as the fold sat around the fingers and not cutting into the thumb base of the palm.I think it would be better if the hand sections were rolled into a sort of bar/handle shapes which would be more comfortable. Sorry but not for me.
