What I like most is it heats up fast. I have never used it on high, no need. I love this mask heater for my headaches and I even layed it on my stomach on low heat and it felt so good. I keep it right on my bedside table. I would absolutely recommend this product. Thank you

After battling a sinus infection for several days I ended up in Amazon. All of the medicine the doctor gave me was helping, but the headache I had was unholy. My whole face was sore and my eyes felt like they had tremendous pressure behind them. I bought this heated face mask after desperately typing "sinus pressure relief" into the search bar. I wasn't hoping for much, but I found something incredible.This heating pad is simple. It has a Velcro closure on the back, 3 heat settings (low, medium, and high), as well as several time settings (15min, 30min, 45min, 60min, 90min). It fits snuggly against the face. If you have sinus pressure this will help. I find my nose starts to run about ten minutes into a treatment session, and is pouring snot about 20 minutes into a treatment.I usually use this for 20 minutes at a time at least twice a day. If I can fit in an afternoon session then I will use it three times a day. Make sure you give at least an hour between a treatment session and bedtime. If the treatment makes your nose run you are going to have to get up and blow it several times.

Great product. Beats using a flat heating pad on the face/head. Very effective.

The only thing that could’ve made this better is if it had a vibrating/massage feature. I sprained my neck which caused immense eye, neck & cranial pain. I’m using this to ease the tension in my eyes and neck. Soothing.

I use so much moist heat that you heat in the microwave that I have a hard time using one. I think it heated up fine when I used it, though. I wish it worked for me, as I would love to use something that can cover my ears and face, and I can't seem to find it in a moist heat wrap and it be hands-free like this one is. I love that this is hands-free. I just am uncomfortable using somehting on my face that you need to plug in.

This was a gift and I did not want to destroy the packaging, but from what I could tell, it was a well made product.
