Very bad quality and broken despite lightly used
Worst product ever, I bought for my beach house which I visit once every 4 months. I just bought it about 5 months ago ago and during this period was very lightly used. Now it keeps on spinning around which indicates sensor error, no matter what I tried to do to clean it, it’s not working . Very bad product and I don’t recommend

Good product but technical issues with navigation & mopping
Vaccuming is good, navigation is okay, but it did not mop. There was either software or hardware issue. Even after multiple trials, mop did not work.

Unfinished product
Bought it because of the bagless station, but there are few issues due to which I had to return it within a day.First: there is no quick mapping option, so you need to start with clean up and it simultaneously maps the area.Next: 10 minutes into the mapping session and it started giving an error that the drop sensor is dirty, cleaned it, and again within 2 minutes it gave same error.Not expected from a product which is on sale, seems more like a prototype.

MOP didn't work
Purchased it, good price and design but the mop never worked. Followed all the instructions (which barely has) and tried many different ways but the mop never worked, the floor was always dry and the mop as well. tried in the app to force the mop to use extra water but basically the water never got the mop wet. not sure if it was defective or what because I've seen amazing videos of the E10 but mine didn't worked. tried 2 days in a row, many different ways, even contacted EUREKA on IG posts and direct message but no reply so I was forced to return the item and hopefully Eureka will send one that works.
