I have a really old NVIDIA Shield with an equally old remote that was giving me lots of problems, it would work sometimes and other times not at all. I got one of these and the setup is as easy as it claims and it works great after that. I do have to adjust my mind to the new button layout but that wont take long. I actually prefer the volume control on this remote, this one seems to be quicker to respond and it works consistently. I have not tried voice control but I have accidently hit that button and it activates it. I am happy with the price and the durability of it and I think it is going to last a long time.

I subscribe to several streaming platforms and watch a lot of broadcast TV, so much so that the right arrow on my TCL Roku remote wore out. At first, I started using the remote from the Roku app on my Android phone but that was sort of clunky. Then I found the replacement remote on Amazon. Works great right out of the box; just plug in batteries and full remote functionality is restored. But wait, there's more... The replacement remote has, for me, two additional advantages. Of the four hotkeys on my original, only two connected to a platform that I use; on the replacement, I use all four so there are no wasted hotkeys. Also, the replacement includes an additional key for activating the sleep timer, an added convenience that I use a lot. Finally, the Amazon Prime Spring Deal dropped the price by 35% making this purchase a no-brainer!

Was worth the buy for me ! Everything was as described and it worked on my TV which was definitely needed! Without the pointer this TV sucked !

I put one in ser service so far and it's working great! Little bit of a struggle to get the darn thing open to install the batteries

Had to buy a replacement for my 2022 LG-OLED T.V. because on my original one the center wheel button broke and fell into the remote and without being able to "click" that center wheel you can't "enter" into anything!Got the new remote and the process of un-pairing the old remote and syncing the new one is SIMPLE! I am a tech dinosaur and this was as easy as pressing to buttons to remove the old remote and 1 button to pair the new one!The ONLY reason I didn't give this remote a 5-Star rating was the fact that the wheel is ULTRA sensitive and I find myself accidentally rolling the wheel when I am just trying to press down to "click". Other than that it works PERFECTLY and just the same as the old one. I don't see any differences with tracking or speed or anything else that would cause you grief as you move away from your old remote.I hope you enjoy your new remote if you decide to purchase this! Needed a replacement remote and saw this, remote works and no setup needed if you have a Roku on your tv. Product works great all the buttons work. If you need a replacement remote get this one, no headaches involved.

Connected to my tv as soon as I put the batteries in. Voice control and pointer is convenient. Worth the money.

It works, get it. I probably have the first model Nvidia shield and the remote enter button went flat. I wanted the OE replacement but couldn't find it, so I took a gamble on this one and it paid off. It's easily programmed and as simple to use. It doesn't use the nickel cadium batteries and it isn't rechargeable, but it uses just 2 AAA batteries. A good replacement.
