Excellent lock lock for back up in case you forgot your keys and it’s so convenient that you can use code, finger and wifi option. I really recommend this item to everyone

Easy to install. Easy to set up and put in codes.Have to get another piece to be able to reset away from the box. Disappointed in that.But it works great.

Great product

It's great in terms of features:1) can be wall mounted or on door handle2) fingerprints, codes, keyfobs, smartphone app to open it3) very sturdy4) uses the Smart Life app (so you don't need one more app.)However, there are two problems:1) The codes need to be 8-10 digits long, which seems excessive to me.2) As far as I can tell, you can't program the lock at a distance. You need to be within Bluetooth distance to connect your smartphone to add codes, fingerprints, etc. I was hoping for a lockbox to put on an airbnb where I could program a new code in for each guest. But it appears that I need to be near the box (not at my home, miles away) to add new codes. I also can't use my phone to remotely open the lockbox if a guest is having trouble and calls me.

Used for a rental property. Very easy and user friendly instructions.

This key lock comes in handy. It's function is not just for real estate companies anymore! It can be used for delivery people, babysitters or dogs inters, children who get home from school a little earlier than parents get home from work, house cleaner, maintenance, etc. It's easy to set the code. It seems to be built quite well.

Not a big enuf compartment. I had to fold the key in a very specific way so it would close with the key and FOB.
