Good book that covers a range of topics. It doesn’t go in to too much depth but certainly has a good deal of breadth. Would recommend to junior/mid devs.

No Starch Press is known for producing excellent books, and 'The Complete Developer' is no exception. To my mind, this is the ideal place to start for anyone interested in developing web applications. Written in an accessible and authoritative style, the book systematically takes the reader through the various stages. The author clearly demonstrates deep expertise and always takes great care to guide the reader along on the journey. I have bought the paperback which looks great and also the Kindle version for when I am out and about. I am sometimes concerned about Kindle versions, but this book is formatted perfectly for my mobile devices.
