Very good mouse
Very comfy and fits my hand perfectly. As a reference, my hand is pretty much the size of those plastic Large gloves. Feels solid much like Logitech's build quality.

Great Value for Money
I was looking for a vertical mouse to try, but was hesitant to buy an expensive one incase I ended up not liking it. Settled on this JLab mouse since I own other JLab products that I like, and the reviews were pretty good. It was easy to set up and start using, and the size is perfect for my small hands. It is lightweight with a good handfeel and the charge lasts a long time - I love that it’s quiet-click too. The only issue I had was with the Bluetooth functionality not staying connected to my computer, but no issues after switching to the plug-in receiver. Certainly helped alleviate some of my elbow pain and I don’t miss my traditional mouse! I would recommend this for vertical first timers, and for people looking for a full sized mouse they can travel with.

Very easy to program
Having just bought this mouse, all I can say for now is that the app to program the buttons is simple and easy. Compared to other manufacturers, JLabs seems quite good at making things simple. Programmable mice are difficult to find, in part due to Amazon's horrific search parameters (I typed "programmable mouse that is programmable with the ability to be programmed" and most results were non-programmable mice. JFC). This one is the best so far. Ergonomics are not so good for larger hands like mine, but I can live with that. We'll see how durable it is with time. If it starts to go south soon like the Perimice I had previously, I'll update this post. Unless I've gone postal.

Love this
I wanted to use it for a couple of months before writing a review. I LOVE this mouse. First and foremost, The battery life is amazing.I have been using it for 2 months and still have 70% left, which is better than any mouse I have had so far. I like the design of it in your hand very comfortable. The setting for changing buttons is second to none. Highly recommend to anyone.

Short Term Reliability
Had this mouse for only 1 year, until 3 days ago the scrolling wheel gave out in the middle of work. Initial impression of this product was 5 stars, but reduced to 2 stars as it should last longer than a year. I paid $33 at the time of purchase, so if you have to chance replacing this product after only 1 year of usage, then I suggest paying more for better quality since you'll be coming out $66+ anyway. I bought my wife the Logi brand version of this +2 years ago ($99 at that time--- $79 at the time of writing this) and it is still functioning like new.

Room for improvement
The battery life is good. It's easy to use and relatively intuitive to just start using after using a normal/standard mouse. However, after 8 months of daily use the scroll wheel stopped working. I use that feature many times a day, so the loss of this in this short time is reflected in the overall rating. It feels too light for my preference, and the "minimize everything" button is a cool feature, but I often bump the feature accidentally with where it's placed.

Comfortable but problematic
It is too bad that this mouse does not function like other Bluetooth mice. It is comfortable and light and fit my medium size hand well. But, when either of the 2 Bluetooth connections time out - they don't activate again when the mouse is moved or clicked. Which makes this mouse a no go unless you want to use the included USB connection. Since many computers only have USB-C jacks - this is not an option for everyone.I wanted this mouse to work because the thumb buttons are in a better location than the Logitech lift.Every other Bluetooth mouse seems to be able to handle this. So, its too bad JLab couldn't figure it out.
