Better than sugar to me! Impressive health benefits
This is the best sugar I've ever had! I think it's better than regular sugar because I find it fruity and sweeter, aside from the benefits. It's a bit more costly than regular sugar but the taste and benefits outweigh the price significantly. I don't have any problems digesting it either.Benefits: Sugar free, comes from natural sugar found in the fruit, does not contain any additives like erythritol, good for keto diet and diabetics, 70% of it is unmetabolized, a reputable brand focused on healthy alternatives, FDA aprooved (but not yet approved in Europe, further testings need to be made) low in calories, and it has some health benefits. These are benefits I found online and I have not yet experienced these changes as I've only had allulose a couple of times: help with cravings, help lowering blood sugar levels, may help with fat and weight loss, help with liver health, and it's not associated with any health risks of regular sugar and most sugar substitutes. But like everything, even water, in excessive amounts it can be dangerous.

Don't believe the negative hype.
I've got LADA which is treated as Type I Diabetes. I have to watch my carbs. Simple as that. You'll see a bunch of people complaining about how you shouldn't buy this product. "Its corn." As if corn wasn't a natural substance. "It's not organic." So what? I'd rather have sterile chemicals on my food products than feces. Here's the thing. Different strokes for different folks. There are some people who run into digestive problems with ANYTHING. And they tend to think, if it doesn't work for me, it won't work for you. And they also think they should try to paint the product as the spawn of satan. I don't roll that way. I tell people my experience and encourage them to make their own decision. I bake with this stuff. I put it in my coffee. I put it into simple syrups for zero carb cocktails. And it is wonderful. I also love that is a natural sugar. Yes, yes. It is made - in bulk - through an enzymatic process from corn. It is still found in regular foods. And if you complain about how "un-natural enzymatic processes are," then frankly you're simply ignorant. I'm not being insulting. I'm stating a fact. Because every time you take a bite of food, chew it up with your saliva, and swallow it, you have just subjected your food to an enzymatic process. Your saliva is full of enzymes. "Oh those are natural." Chemicals are chemicals. The source doesn't matter. Mercury is "natural." I don't suggest you take a big slug of that. Or how about lead? Oh, I know! Uranium! All natural!! And all will kill you. "Natural" isn't a good standard to go by. Don't fall for the marketing gimmicks that companies use to manipulate you into buying products. No, you do NOT need gluten free water. If someone tries to sell you a bottle of that, you need to understand that they think you are stupid. Buy products because of their specific value to you. I wish I could use sugar. It's delicious. But I can't. I don't like the artificial sweeteners. They all leave either a bitter after taste, or have weird cooling effects. The one I like the most is the pink stuff. We have nearly a century of data on its safety. But it's not perfect. I like allulose. It is a saccharide, as is sugar, that is found in the real foods we eat. Thank God that chemists have used their divine gifts to take this gift from nature and mass produce it! It has brought food joy back into my life. So try it. Maybe it will disagree with you. Or maybe it will help you meet your health goals while maintaining some degree of food joy. But decide for yourself. If I had listened to all the negative-nancy reviews, I'd have missed out. And that would have been a shame. I do wish it were a bit less expensive, but sugar used to be only for the wealthy. At least buying a pound of this isn't costing me a month's wages. And to me, the enjoyment I get from it, while it helps protect my health, is worth the price.

Nearly indistinguishable from real sugar.
After searching for YEARS to find a decent sugar substitute, I just found the Holy Grail. I first tried it in my morning coffee, and oh my! This stuff tastes more like real sugar than anything I've tried so far. I also tried Stevia for this, but it's horrific chemical aftertaste made me actually go back to using sugar again. It was VILE. But if you put this in my coffee and didn't tell me, I would have thought it was real sugar. However it's a little less sweet than sugar, so compensate by using a little bit more. I also just experimented with a monk fruit/allulose combination today, so I only gave this one Four Stars as I just discovered that the combination of these two ingredients tastes even more like sugar than straight allulose. But I'm happy to report that I've finally tossed my sugar in the trash and will be using sugar substitutes containing allulose from now on.

Game changing sweetener
Absolutely love love this product. Do not listen to half of these reviews. It has zero after taste and does not have that fake sweetness. I always use sweet leaf organic stevia. The stevia is fine in drinks but not in any type of dessert. After hearing amazing things about organic Alloluse I decided to give this one a try. I used this in my almond butter cocoa fat bombs and the taste was exactly like sugar. I like to first mix the cocoa and the allulose together to get the desired sweetness and then add the remaining ingredients. Try this product as it is a life changer

Excellent!
I have tried so many brands and various types of allulose and this is one of the best I keep coming back to! It tastes great and does not have a weird aftertaste or cooling effect. I like to use this for desserts - definitely the best for ice cream (excellent texture), whipped cream (I refuse to use anything else), and certain baking, etc.) plus hot/cold tea. For coffee, I have found that allulose + monk fruit (without erythritol) is the best option since this [pure allulose] is not as sweet. It reduces the risk of upsetting the gut from using too much product...although I haven't seen a problem, but everyone is different... and it will last longer.Delivery wise- I have never had a problem. Arrives on-time and packaged well.

Too Expensive
I have used this twice for cheesecake. It takes 95% of a bag for one cheesecake at $10.00 plus. Sweetness is OK.
