Read a lot of review saying it came damaged probably not. I’m assuming it’s user error. It comes very tightly packed and it’s very thin. Mine was not damaged at all with any chunks taken out of it by users that posted their reviews. You have to open it slowly and carefully and let it sit overnight for it to expand then it’s two inches thick and just as described.

Took a couple of days to fully expand but am happy with product.

It's fine and was packed great. It's my fault as I didn't realize that it was very soft. Good quality and you should like it if you enjoy sleeping on a soft one.

The backing that is on the product and is shipped with the product, should not be removed. I did, and I had to reattached it back to the back, with fabric glue. But once I corrected my mistake, it works perfectly for the purpose I purchased it, which was to line power lift chairs. I was able to cut three pads with the egg-crate mattress pad I purchased.

Very comfortable

I needed to line Technical instrument cases for my job. The foam block were selling 3 pcs of 16" x 12" for $25-$30 and I need 3 of them, so instead I purchased the mattress and my problems has been resolved better than expected.

Purchased this for a blow up mattress topper and it worked great. Made the air mattress much more comfortable.

I purchased this to soften up my guest bed. It hardly did anything to make bed more comfortable. If you are looking for a soft pillow top like experience, you may want to get an actual pillow top. If you like firm mattress and just want slightly less firm, this may work for you.
