Offers some versatility to classic MMO mouse while perfecting what is already there
***buyers should be mindful of potential refurbishing inconsistencies**. I tried another refurbished razer product (the first version of this product) and it didn't work wirelessly - know that you might be taking a chance and prepare yourself for that***If you've owned a MMO mouse before:Performance & Precisionincredibly accurate tracking and responsiveness. Also, I love the gaming mouse switches, they ensure ultra-quick actuation, reducing input lag and providing a satisfying click feel - I didn't realize what I was missing using my logitech g600/other MMO miceCustomization & ComfortA standout features is its swappable side panels. The magnetic attachment system makes switching configurations easy, allowing you to tailor the mouse to your specific needs. The 12-button option is ideal for MMO players who rely on macros and keybinds, while the 6-button and 2-button configurations cater to those who prefer a simpler setup. Additionally, Razer Synapse software allows for deep customization, letting you remap buttons and adjust RGB lighting to match your setup.Wireless Connectivity & Battery Lifewireless functionality is top-tier, I haven't run into the issue of my connection 'dropping out'...I've yet to have a delayed input using this mouse (the wireless 2.4ghz dongle), bluetooth is also available for less competitive uses. battery life is about 150 hours and charges relatively quick when plugged inBuild Quality & Ergonomics, Size:it's noticeably lighter than my logitech g600, lighter still without the tension of a cord. However, it is still on the heavy side for a mouse. I really like the fit and feel of the mouse. I use the palm grip and found it better than my logitech (I'm 6'3" or 190cm)...the fit is perfect which makes the experience more enjoyableFirst time MMO mouse buyer/owner advice:there is a learning curve with these types of mice. you have 12-24 reprogrammable buttons - it will take some time to sort out what you'll personally need to add to your mouse. I play a lot of tactical shooters so for me it's reload, change fire rate/type, cant weapon, lean left/right, heal, use flashlight/equipment. you might not need all 12 buttons, which is why I love the snap option for 2 or 6 button set up.The buttons may also be great for keyboard shortcuts if you plan to use this for office work. I have a profile setup to copy, cut, paste, etc.Final Verdict: favorite mouse I've tried out of all the Logitech 502, 502 plus/lightspeed...basically any mice as of January 2025 (yes, I tried most of them including evga MMO, razer basilisk, razer naga and naga pro v1). It may not have a new design or change up the classic MMO mouse design, it just perfects what is already thereEdit: I completely forgot to mention one feature that is new for me that I really liked. The hyperscroll customization. You can change the scroll tension and the amount of steps per scroll. I REALLY like this feature, on its own it's not really a standout feature but when combined with all the small touches - it really makes an impression

Renewed didn't last long
Broke after 6 months.Scroll wheel has always been crappy, then stopped working. Now the mouse sometimes turns on, others not. It's an expensive paperweight.Amazon only provides 2 months or so for a return window, and won't provide me any support since it's "renewed". And neither will Razer.

Expensive but with Haptics!
I’m a haptic enthusiast. As a matter of fact I’m actually one of the pre-eminent haptic enthusiast in the country, working in the industry for over a decade in my own startup.I bought this because there were only two mice that had haptic feedback and the other one was pretty terrible. Now this isn’t full haptics. Would have loved to see that. It uses a haptic scroll wheel field with a magnetic ferrofluid that changes properties with an apply voltage. What that means to you is a custom design grow well that can feel like, well almost anything you design. You can go from free wheel spinning, to big spaces and big clicks, to tiny micro clicks. And the scroll-wheel delivers! It’s expensive!!! The most expensive mouse I’ve bought by far. So it may not be a great thing for everyone. But for me as a haptic researcher and designer, I was willing to pay to have the experience.More useful to people who don’t care about haptics is the magnetic changing plates for customizable buttons. They come off so nice and clean. The snap into place is so satisfying. Great design. great work.I’d love to see a version 2 that had full haptics or came way down in price. Haptic tech needs to be more accessibly priced for wider scale adoption. But over all a great mouse.

Refurbished isn't worth the risk
There's a lot that I like about this mouse. My only criticisms are that it's a little slow to automatically switch profiles, often causing me to click buttons that do different things than expected. But most importantly, the battery only lasts a day and a half when it should last 150 hours. I know that its the battery itself because it also fully charges 4 times faster than it should.
