My family and I, absolutely love our basement staircase upgrade! These are so soft and comfy, and my little corgi appreciates the addition ,since he can easily go up and down the stairs! They have laid flat after about 24 hours , and so far they have been easy to clean ,I have two cats and a corgi so per hair is everywhere! Also ,if you have an odd number of stairs like us , we have 11 and this box had 13 so that also worked nicely too ! I recommend these stair treds !

Very beautiful, Very functional and simply great product.Was very easy to apply, works better than I thought it would be. Does not move or slip at all after install.The only complaint if any is that the double sided tapes are a pain to peel until you get the knack of doing it.Would have been easy for the product manufacturer to install a pull tab/tape to separate the peel away back like those found in Phone screen protectors but they chose not to, to save on cost.Having said that, I would buy it again if u needed another.Really good product at a great price.

I'm happy with the quality because it matches the texture and appearance in the photos.The steps are a decent length, but in my opinion, they should be wider to span the entire staircase. there is some open space available on the other side of the step if you place it on the edge.Overall, I'm happy with my order.

I got these for our home turned rental. To tell you the truth I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box. I thought they looked slightly cheap. Some of the rugs were curled at the edges from being improperly boxed. Thankfully, the rug curl relaxed. The rugs also smelled like glue, and thankfully that went away after airing them out a couple days. Things were much improved when I actually laid them down on our light colored stairs. The color is dark enough to hide dirt and some pet hair, though not too dark as to drastically change a light color scheme home. The pile is lower and less plush than some previous stair treads I had, though that has made them easier to vacuum. I secured them with a couple strips of double stick rug tape and they stay in place well. I like that these rugs protect our stair treads from wear, make it easier to get some traction for pets and elderly members climbing / descending, and that they are removable should I want to change / update them.

They start peeling off the the floor

The stair treads were easy to install and stayed in-place. The stairs are the most-trafficked area of our house and are holding up well to foot traffic. The 2-sided tape has held the stair treads firmly in place, enhancing the safety of climbing or descending the stairs. Since the 2-sided tape is sold separately it's a good idea to shop for high quality tape which is also available on Amazon. The only strange thing we noticed that at certain angles the treads appear either more or less brown (the color we chose). This is apparently due to the nature of the pile. There are 2-ways of laying each tread. Apparently, the direction of each pile reveals a different shade. But as you climb the stairs, the color shades seem to normalize into each other. I would suggest just laying each tread on each step and look at it from the ground floor up. If any shade mis-matches simply rotate that tread 180 degrees.This is an awareness issue, not a quality problem.

When my dog about killed herself getting up my new hardwood stairs, I ordered these. If it weren’t for the dyelot differences, these would be perfect. I also think there would be less returns of these if customers understood how to get the tape strips off. They’re like contact paper and I had to lightly score each strip in the middle and peel the backing off from the score line. If you try to peel the backing off from the corners, you end up peeling up the piece of tape and that’s why people think the adhesion doesn’t work. If the backing piece feels sticky when you lift it, then you’ve actually just removed the tape itself. Manufacturer might want to think about pre-scoring the tape backing. Otherwise, these feel like great quality and really look nice - except for the shade difference in the color.
