Getting the Win system to load
I’ll start off by saying the device is fine.I had to get the windows10 OS to load it.Start off by inserting the USB stick into your Win device BEFORE SWITCH ON.Switch on the computer. If you’re lucky you will see a suggestion on windows screen to suggest a Function key to display the boot menu. Mine says F12.Which did nothing. Windows 10 booted ignoring the F12 key.I then Spent days trying to get the computer to boot from USBOn my computer I finally ended up doing the following.1. Boot into windows as normal.Then2. Click on the windows icon and click on power.3. Now HOLD DOWN THE SHIFT KEY and keeping it down select restart4 you should now see the EUFI/BIOS menu5 click Use a device6 click Boot Menu7 use arrow key to go down to USB HDDEnter8 see menu of 3 choices9 press enter 1st choice i.e. cinnamon 6410 boot where it says normal modeEnterStart Linux Mint 21 CinnamonLinux will start loading. Wait for it WAIT FOR ITThere you are you lucky people. Before everyone start telling me to change boot sequence in BIOS…did that many times but WIN10 overrode it every time. .Enjoy🙂Plug in Linux USB stickTurn on computerSign in to windowsType settings on search bar bottom leftClick on settingsType. Great Linux installer
Great installer with three versions of Linux mint.Works fine with boot loader changed to USB priority first. Also Nice if you want a usb stick with Linux mint styling.Instead of downloading the iso image yourself etc.

USB stick good but not a magic bullet to sort a malfunctioning system out.
The stick works fine. good USB stick. However couldn't get the windows Pc to install Linux on one machine or to load on another. That said I think that was a machine issue not a problem with this product. which I shall try on some other laptops once windows 10 dies in October.

Windows baeter
The only trouble is getting past the EUFI in modern computers so you can set first boot to USB. After that it is a doddle..
