Time-saving and powerful
I’ve been raving about this to everyone. First of all, I love how compact it all is. It fits nicely into a corner of my small flat, and the robovac itself it a great size.I love that it’s mapped my whole place and I can send it off to either clean certain sections or set it to clean the whole flat when air go out for the day.I haven’t used the mopping function yet, but I’m impressed with the vacuuming capabilities. It saves me so much time! And you hear it switch to a more powerful suction on carpets/rugs. It’s my favourite recent purchase.

SwitchBot K10+. Almost the perfect cleaner, and for me it probably is!
So small it fits in awkward spaces other cleaners can’t! Very quiet, just a hum as it goes about its task, the only sound is when it returns to the base station, and auto empties (another fantastic feature, it’s never once not worked!) app is great, very easy to navigate all the usual features, and you can even set which language she speaks to you in, a small thing, but I find the Japanese voice very soothing!! 😂Now the one minus, the mop feature is very poor. You fit a wet wipe and she drags it around the floor. Not the best really. But if you’re buying the K10+ to just use as a vacuum (like me), you really can’t go wrong. Very happy with her indeed!!

Small but seriously impressive!!
The media could not be loaded. ★★★★★ Small but seriously impressiveWasn’t expecting much because of how tiny it is, but honestly, this thing’s a gem. Set-up was quick and easy, and it connected to my smart home system with zero stress. It’s been running smoothly ever since—quiet, responsive, and does exactly what I need it to.I also love how compact and minimal it looks. Doesn’t take up space or draw attention, but still gets the job done better than some of the bulkier stuff I’ve tried.Really happy I picked this up. Solid bit of kit and well worth the price.

Less is more!
This shrimp of a robot can get into all the corners and dutifully cleans under sideboards and beds where the dust has never seen the light of day. It first maps the space by LIDR (and gently kissing all the edges with its snout) and then bustles about in a quite endearing way. It can extend its wheels to deal with uneven surfaces and sometimes, when faced with an unexpected obstacle it takes a little run up to break on through! The app is remarkable too - fascinating to see the shape of our living space mapped out and the ability to create rooms and special zones is really very powerful. Integration with Alexa and home assistant seem easy and the pickup performance - the task we actually bought it to perform - is excellent. Bang per buck 10/10.

Genuinely useful appliance
I was of the opinion that robot vacuums were interesting, but probably not smart enough to genuinely save time. I suspected they'd cost me just as much effort to keep babying them as the time they'd save. But with the lidar sensor, the emptying station and some pretty smart design, this appears not to be the case. It's pretty much setup and forget.I've got a couple of cats and I live in a townhouse with 3 floors. The cats are pretty clean, but they do produce floof and their litter tray does mean gritty bits slowly migrate across the house. My K10+ has been patrolling the middle floor, every day for nearly 2 weeks. The lidar maps the house very well. But only really things that are solid and roughly a hand span above the ground. But this still works really well and is easily good enough for effective navigation. I left the door to the balcony open and it thought outside was part of the room. It bounced off the door step for a minute or so before it gave up and continued with the rest of the room as normal. The collision sensor switch is really very effective and well designed. And the navigation and methods it uses to deal with rugs and tight spaces seems to work really well.It seems to pick up pretty much everything that life scatters across the carpet. The cats' litter tray is in the bathroom. I've sent the bot on a special mission to sweep up after one of the mogs got carried away and flung litter around more than usual. App is easy to use. Bot coped fine. I've had one incident where it got too close to the edge of the stairs and panicked. Not sure if this is because our carpet is really thick? I've added a No Go zone so it stops a few cm short of the drop now, but it was probably just a one-off. I've also been careful about clearing the floor of cat toys each day before it runs... Maybe I should give it some more challenges?I've not tried the mopping feature... The middle floor it's on is 90% carpet. I think a bot with a water emptying system is kind of essential if you've got a lot of hard floors in entranceways and the kitchen to cover. I think I'd get a different model for that. The high end models have cameras on them, which might make obstacle avoidance a bit better, but lightly bumping stuff seems to work fine (I hope it never has to deal with a cat "accident" though!).Overall I'm very happy. I'm going to try moving it to the upper floor to see how convenient it is to keep moving it around. But I suspect I'll probably just get another one at some point.

THIS MACHINE DOES NOT LIKE CLEANING VINYL FLOORS. IT FLICKS THE DIRT AROUND THE ROOM
I HAVE HAD ROBOTIC CLEANERS IN THE PAST AND STILL HAVE AN EXCELLENT MACHINE WHICH MOPS AND HOOVERS BUT IT IS BIG AND GETS STRANDED ON THE BASE OF MY BAR STOOLS. THIS MACHINE IS ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS AT CLEANING MY VINYL FLOOR. I SHOOK MY RUG OUT ON TO IT AND IT HAPPILY WENT UP AND DOWN FLICKING CRUMBS ETC AROUND THE FLOOR. HOWEVER IT DIDNT PICK THEM UP. IT TRAVELS TOO FAST TO SUCK UP THE CRUMBS AND FIICKS THEM EVERYWHERE. IT THEN SMUGLY TELLS YOU IT HAS FINISHED THE CLEANING AND IS GOIGN TO REST IN THE DOCKING STATION. I EVEN SWEPT PILES OF CRUMBS INTO ITS PATH ONLY TO HAVE THEM DISPERSED ACROSS THE KITCHEN AGAIN. PIC ABOCE IS AFTER 2ND TIME OF CLEANING. VERY VERT DISAPPOINTED. IT DID WORK OK ON CARPET BUT NOT ON A KITCHEN FLOOR.

Small & mighty but easily confused & small basketUseful guy, we stuck googley eyes on him straight away (now named Stephen)The app is great, it maps the house in minutes. Then create the 'no-go' to stop him getting stuck. I even bought a 2nd for my mother (Robert). However, the collection basket is tiny & needs to be manually emptied every 20 mins. The minimum time on app to return for empty is 80 minutes. He is also easily confused & I spent quite a while stopping him from munching carpet strands & loose cables then complaining he's stuck. He also takes about 20x longer than just hoovering yourself. Otherwise, he's a new member of the family.
