My toilet seat kept moving from side to side as the right fixture was faulty so I unscrewed both of them and cleaned the area then fitted the rubber fittings that came in the package and they worked perfectly, i’m very happy with the result thanks.

easy and fast to fit

I used this product to fix an ideal standard toilet seat that had come loose. The plastic well nut had failed. To buy a replacement branded ideal standard fixture would have cost over £30, so thought I'd try these that looked similar to the failed part (the nylon version not the rubber one). When received they sat proud of the well due to a some excess nylon, but this was easily trimmed off with a stanley knife and they then worked perfectly...save yourself some money!

So the toilet seat starts to move about after a few days of use.

These arrived in a sealed plastic bag.The are advertised as 'M6' which is what I needed, but the threads are not M6. One thread is metric at M5 with a 0.8 thread pitch and the other is 1/4 with a thread pitch of 20. Not sure why they are advertised as M6, when it's metric and imperial in the same pack.I was unable to use the products or verify how good they are as the wrong thread means I cannot use them.
