I like the idea behind this retreev™ Smart ID Luggage Tag, its sturdy and looks well made. Anything that might help me recover a lost case has got to be good.I now have a couple and they have been on so many flights I've lost count. Very sturdy and easy to identify my bag on the carousel. Lost one tag after a recent flight (although the metal tie is still attached). I contacted Retreev and they are sending me another! Great service and amazingly efficient and would not hesitate to recommend this, bought one for my daughter, who looses everything but at least she'll get it back now :-)

These are great to have on bags and as not common atm, they help to make your bag stand out!

Super happy to receive delivery of these cool Smart ID Tags. Really user friendly for set up with clear instructions. Going to be using them for our trips away and will definitely be ordering more for the kids school bags. What a great idea!

The tag feels strong and the metal loop is good. Printing is high quality, but important to note when unpacking, the tag is stuck to the packaging with a small sticky glob of glue, which when you remove, it sticks to the card. Youll need to spend some time picking it off. You cant use a scourer, as to my own dismay I learned the hard way, then I went at it with a scourer and washing up liquid, to find the QR code and the 12 digit ode scratched off entirely. So take care with that. Once its off there's no issues, you get text or email alerts if someone finds it, the NFC works well.

I ordered this tag for a 4 weeks trip and I loved the concept on what it was supposed to do. However, sadly it did not last long enough to be taken back home. It broke off during the luggage handling side of things in one of these airports. £16 good bye.

A tag for your luggage in case it gets lost, you add your details into the retreev website. You are relying on the finder of your lost luggage scanning the QR code on the tag. I was hoping it would be a way to track my luggage in the airport, so probably wont use it

Easy to set up and attach, I've got peace of mind for my commute and all my travelling knowing that if I get distracted and leave my bag somewhere, it will make its way back to me.

Love the design. Still not been away with it and hopefully will never need to try it out fully
