I was looking for a lap desk for both my laptop and my tablet, to use on the sofa, and I did quite a bit of research, and was happy to find this one. One of the problems with lots of the other ones is that the wrist pad is too hard and too high, but this one is perfect for me. Also, the foam pads at the bottom are adjustable, and they grip without being scratchy. See the photos for the various positions. You can also stand a phone or a tablet in the top slot, though it would’ve been a little bit of an improvement if the slot was tilted inside, so whatever you have in there leans back a little. But it holds my tablet, which has a case, just fine.It is sturdy and lightweight. And looks attractive. I can easily stash it under my sofa, and it has a handle in the front, so getting it out, and sliding it back under from a seated position works fine.Makes my life much easier.The tablet I show me the photos is 11 inches. So you have room for a mouse pad, if you roll like that.

I originally got a bedtop table, but injuries from an accident have made me bedridden for months. I was unable to use the table because I can't keep my arms up that high for very long, let alone eight hours. I began my hunt for a lapdesk as I've had one in the past and loved it for my laptop. After looking at about 15 different ones (and reading all the reviews) I was all set to get one that would accommodate a mouse. I was using a blanket to raise my laptop to a usable level and decided I liked my mouse next to my thigh to keep my arm lower. I LOVE this lapdesk. I got it in grey and have used it both in for mode and lifted mode. I prefer it lifted. The fabric is nice and doesn't irritate my damaged fragile skin. The wrist rest is very comfortable and also serves to keep my laptop from sliding. It will be easy to wipe the top clean and soot clean the fabric blocks should something get on them. Once I'm able to work from my wheelchair or even the couch I will still be able to use this. Well worth the rather inexpensive price. Sturdy, not too heavy, and DEFINITELY cooler than that blanket I was using!

Nice little lamp desk! I really enjoy it. It works as it should, making it easier for me to write and such from my arm chair. I'm disabled and spend a good bit of my life there so it's helpful. It's made of high-quality materials, and hasn't given me any problems thus far. I like that it has the piece that elevates it in the back so I can get it at the angle I need to write better. I also like the stopper at the bottom for my journals and paperwork to rest on. When it's at an angle, as it usually is when it's on my lap, were it not for that wrist pad, my papers or journals would just slide right off unless I constantly applied pressure to them, which would be uncomfortable.Overall, it's a nice lap desk that I'd tell my friends about were they ever in the market for one. For the money, Its a great value.

This really is a well made laptop desk. I like it, but the wrist rest might be too big, as it throws off my typing on my laptop. Hard to explain. But this is perfect for artist who want to draw on their lap while sitting at the sofa or on a recliner, like me. I like that I can put my phone or tablet in the slot to hold up my reference photos while I draw. BUT I need to figure out what to put inside so that my phone or tablet doesn't fall out everytime I move. Maybe something soft to wedge in there behind them inside. I'll work on that. Anyhow, for drawing purposes, the wrist pad is actually perfect. I wish the desk itself was just a couple of inches taller for drawing. Like I said, this is almost perfect. The angle up when using the cushion things beneath it, is perfect too.

Was looking for a lap desk to work on diamond art. This is a good size if you do smaller diamond art sizes, like a 30x40. The small arm rest on it helps keep it comfortable.

This laptop desk is just what I needed! Of course there are many options, but this one is lightweight and easy to use and store. It has really saved my neck when I use my laptop sitting on the couch. I like it so much that I have purchased 3 more as gifts!

I was on the fence of purchasing due to the cost being high. But when I received it I was very satisfied! It’s very great quality. I love the feature in the back that can adjust the height. The wrist padding is amazing. Overall definitely satisfied and recommend product! Love the blue color too!
