Great bag from great company!
This is a great bag from Ohio. I've bought a number of bags for travel and for my laptops from this company. I've never had a problem with them holding up. I still have a rolling duffel bag that has lasted numerous trips around Europe, Asia and Africa from 2002. Highly recommend

My husband loves it!
My husband was given this bag from his past company. When he left that company he returned the bag (it had their logo on it so he didn’t need it anymore) and bought himself the same bag because he loved it so much. He previously had that first bag for years and it still looked great!

Warranty not from OGIO, no support, strap broke.
Update: Found support email. Waiting on warranty.After only 18 months, a strap broke. After multiple OGIO numbers. Finally got the correct person who told me that the bags are warrantied by some other company. The rep painstakingly took all my information and told me this other company would contact me. They never did. I will now resort to sending emails if I can find a support email address….

Great backpack for IT
Great backpack for IT people. Lots of space for laptop, accesories, tools, tools, and more IT tools. I am loving it.

Poor quality.
Sturdy & nice looking, good size for high school use. But zipper always breaks after a year. 2 of my teenagers have this backpack, & once it hits its 1 yr mark, it’s goes to the garbage. What a waste of money! Don’t get the warranty, the backpack breaks at its warranty expiration.

Does not have all the laptop bag pockets and sleeves
Bought this because Ogio is high quality. There is one main compartment with a "sleeve" that would be hard pressed to accommodate a 9" tablet. Your 17.5" laptop will be jostling around a hell of a lot in the main compartment. Not enough storage space for all the gadgets I need to carry. Nice bag though, if you're interested high school.

Best backpack for traveling!!!
LOVE this bag! It is perfect for business...but works for my personal travel as well. Fits a TON of stuff, easy to find but still easy to carry. LOVE this backpack!!
