I use the roll on and the spray. I use the spray at home, but prefer the roll on for travel as it didn’t leak.This WORKS! I have sore muscles, restless legs, and cramping in my legs at night and this is like a miracle product! It relieves all my symptoms within minutes!!

The best roll on for muscle cramps!
I recently had foot surgery and my leg was immobile for quite some time. I would start to get horrible muscle cramps in my calf and foot. Until I purchased this. Let me tell you its magical. The roll on is very easy to use and there's no sticky residue feeling. It relieves the cramping/pain very quickly and has an amazing smell. Worth the money especially for a great night of sleep with no cramping!

Helps with leg cramping
I got this for my mom because she was having leg cramps at night that were waking her up. At first she said it was "ok" but then I realized she was only using it when the cramping happened. I told her to try using it every night before bed, and it has definitely helped her

Not impressed.
I bought it for around my knees and my calves. I used it at night and before dressing in the morning. Still have pain. But it does smell nice. Won't buy it again.
