No problems
Great product. Used in a iron man helmet. Flashed right away and works perfect. A different item I will buy again

Nice breakout board
Nice set of breakout boards for Arduino Micro's.They all work.

Tough to install. Bad cable
this was tough install. One of the cables has a loose intermittent connection. I had to install the USB driver (CH341SER.EXE) from driverscollection for Windows 10 to see it. Never got my Linux Mint to see it. Under Adruino IDE, had to install "Atmel AVR Xplained-minis" in the board manager as others mentioned.The breakout board seems convenient.Lost 90mins of production.

USB cable is way too short but the carrier is nice and very convenient.
Initially, I could not communicate over the USB to the Nano. As it turns out, it didn't work because I had a 3ft USB extension cable inline with the provided 11" USB cable. When only the provided short 11" cable was attached directly to the port, I was able to communicate to the Nano over USB. The 11" cable is too short to be really usable so I will have to try other USB extension cables hoping it will work with it.Also, the Nano board selection when using IDE is confusing. There is no menu in IDE 2.2.1 for Tools->Processor-> ATmega328P (Old Bootloader) as suggested in some of the comments. But using the "Select Another Board" I selected the ATmega 328P which worked to communicate to the Nano.Conclusion: The USB cable is way too short but the carrier is nice and very convenient.

User the old boot loader option in the IDE
Thanks to Daniel SolĂs comment, I was able to communicate with these Nano's. I'm using IDE 2.2.1 and simply selected Tools->Processor-> ATmega328P (Old Bootloader).
