Fantastic product. Really easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this item on 7th September. Had difficulty unlocking it when on the bike. Worked fine off the bike so I assumed it just needed to loosen up with use. However after trying for 30 minutes at the weekend trying both keys supplied it would not unlocked. Fortunately I was at home otherwise I’d have been in trouble. I eventually had to cut it off using a normal hand saw which I was surprised to find took less than a minute. I’ve messaged them twice with no response so I certainly wouldn’t recommend this product. I’ve waisted £37.00 on this product. Supposed to have a guarantee but can get hold of anyone to get it replaced . Really poor service.

Great little lock does exactly what it says and small enough to take with you on your travels

It works however when you lock it, it seems like you can’t unlock it again. The way I fixed this was by putting a lot of pressure on the part where it closes then turning the key. Don’t waste your money and break it like everyone else here.

Brilliant product, better than expected

Complete rubbish unfit for purpose as it takes ages to release it from bike , it’s impossible to use . Very cheap and nasty
