great tea
I know nothing about tea except that I drink it all the time. I love this and it's incredibly cheap for what you get. It lasts forever (you can steep it 3-4 times) and smells very fresh to my uneducated palate. The only (super minor) drawback is that my bag was very hard to open and then it ripped. I keep my tea in a tin anyway, so it didn't matter.

A Solid Dragonwell
This is a solid, affordable option for daily drinking. The leaves are fresh and flat and brews a smooth, slightly sweet cup with little bitterness.. While this is not top tier Dragon Well, it is solid choice for those seeking an affordable introduction to green teas.

very good Dragon Well tea for its value
I am a big tea drinker for over 20 years. My all time favor is Long Jing (aka Dragon Well). I used to buy directly from China. Logistics was a pain and quality was unpredictable. Recently, I discovered there are more tea sellers on Amazon. I decided to give them a try. My budget for my first sample tasting is tea under $4/oz range. And my review is based on expectation of this grade of tea.Cha Wu's comes in with the best vacuum sealed packaging in a cardboard box. Its aroma is slightly faint, but you can smell Long Jing’s distinct aroma. Its leafs are exactly as described, b-grade, which is a few leafs from the bud picked towards mid of the season. Its color is pretty, with slightly dark green from stir-drying. In hot water, you can see more clearly of its leafs’ shapes. These leafs are consistent, healthy and relatively tender. Cha Wu’s flavor, like its scent is also on the light side. As a Chengdu tea drinker, you need to take your time to savor ;)I also tried Oriarm, FullChea. They all deserve a 5 star for tea in $3 per oz grade. I am very happy that I finally found a stable source for my tea.(fyi, the tea in hot water in my photo is just to show the leafs. To properly drink this type of tea, you nee a filter so you can take it out after 20 second to a minute depends on your taste.)

High quality
I was impressed with the quality of this tea. The leaves are BIG and mostly unbroken. Impressed! I like the taste, very smooth and mild. Would recommend and repurchase. Comes with a plastic clip to close the bag. I appreciate the clip but I don't need more plastic crap in my life.

Kind of weak to my taste
It does have a fresh grassy taste but not strong enough for me no matter the brew time.

Bad old tea in 2024
it is still old tea in 2024. No new tea fragrance. I think I was cheated. Don’t buy for other customers!
