Product is good, but they don't work for warranty. I m following from 5 MONTHS on email, always ask v r working on this issue

I stumbled upon this product from oraimo which is called automatic foaming soap dispenser while searching for soap dispensers..i have never used these type of fancy gadgets before so thought of trying it .For a beginner , its a very easy to use gadget or u can say foaming machine ..we just need to refill the base of the machine like any other manual dispenser..Please just note 1 thing "PUT 25% LIQUID SOAP AND 75% WATER" .DONT PUT 100% soap else it will not work as it makes foam once water is mixed...thats the only precaution which needs to be taken while using the productEasy to useGood value for moneyExcellent looking (check the image)Oraimo brand has done a fabulously wonderful job with the productRed light means needs chargingWhite light means completely charged..Oraimo automatic soap is a Must buy and looks so cool from the usual mundane boring looking dispensers in the market ..Keep it up guys !!!

Works absolutely fine.

When it was working I liked it very much. It has two options for how much soap to dispense according to where you position your hand. It makes a very nice foam with water and regular liquid soap. The charge lasts a long time. But, suddenly it stopped dispensing. The pump makes a sound, but nothing comes out.Today I have called the customer service number to avail the one year warranty, and was told to send an email about the problem. If I get a response to that email, I will update this review.Customer service was very responsive. They first sent instructions to try to fix the problem. When that didn't work, they promptly sent a replacement unit, which we received today. I am very pleased with his they handled our complaint.

ONLY purchase ANYTHING from Oriamo if you're not looking for any WARRANTY. I have purchased 3 soap dispensers and all of them stopped working after 2-3 months of usage. Requested for warranty claim 6 months back and I am still being told they are working on it to resolve it. It is just a waste of time calling their customer care, they will just ask you to wait without any timeline.
