Seemed a little salty at first (I don't use salt much) but once I got used to that I really liked it. It's nice to have a variety to choose from and it's surprisingly filling, perfect for the 2 days of a 5:2 diet.

I was really underwhelmed with this, I could make better with a stock cube as for the topping five shavings of roasted tofu three tiny bits of I suspect were seaweed this would not fill a mouses ear. I think the total lot of sachets would not make a decent bowl of soup.
