AMD CPU FX-9370
Arrived quickly and undamaged. CPU package is not much bigger than a pack of cards. No heatsink included (standard). Always check for a broken CPU package seal. In my case the CPU came with some other items included in a larger Amazon box and was in good order.Installed to - Asus M5A99FX motherboardRunning fine no errors, no over-heating problems. Would recommend liquid cooling setup (I have Kraken X60) installed, push-pull set up.Asus AI suite running the processor at 4.7GHz. Auto configured. Stock speed is 4.4GhzCpu idles between 23-25 Celsius reaching 40 Celsius at 100% max load, stress tested.Core voltage is stable at 0.840v reaching: 1.464v 100% max load.Would recommend latest bios download for you're particular board (if needed). I included a new bios update once the computer was up and running. No real drama updating bios with Asus.Would also recommend 1000w PSU. I have Corsair RM1000 which does a great job !Good luck.

Worth every penny, an amazing processor! thx Amd!
Just upgraded my old loved amd phenom x4 965 be... fitted to my "old" asus m5a99x evo (ver. 1!!! With the latest bios) the mainboard setted up auto to 4.9 ghz!!! Running stable on 4.9 jus hot as hell LoL! to reach the 5ghz u need a huge chiller and psu, and propably with the newest mainboards is better. after a few stabily test and benchmarks i setted to the base 4.4, and disabled the turbo... still don't need that extra power(and u can save some money on the electricity bills ;) thats why I love the Amd, the price/value is just amazing.. ok the fx 8350 cheaper, but I'm not sure what u can go over 4.8 ghz with it... the fx 9590 extra cost too much, when u can reach the same speed with the fx 9370 just few clicks... how I heard the fx 9590 not too oc friendly... both of them (9370, 9590 ) same as fx 8350, just selected, factory overclocked.Amd fx 9370, asus m5a99x evo (ver1.), ati hd 7970 (sapphire ghz edition vapour x), corsair hydro series h60 (for oc i recommend h100) corsair vengeance ddr3 1600 mhz 4×4gb,samsung 830 series ssdAMD RULEZ!!! ;)

Amazing, idles at 35 degress C and gets to around 65 degrees C under Prime95 hard testing, but I do also have the Nepton 140xl with 2 x Noctua NF-F12's replacing the stock 140mm fans........super quiet and I got the fx9370 for £115 :-) Here are my win7 scores:

Superb AMD Gaming Processor for those on a budget
Next to best AMD processor on the market. Great for gaming. Combine with Corsair i100 water cooling for quiet results.
