This product is of no use. As1. When it closes the door it slams the door, the door will not close slowly and the more force u apply while opening the more fast it will fit back while closing2. Also it will slam as return back hence always keeping some gap and the door will never close completely.

Everything depends on the adhesive. Dont know how long it will work. Till now its working fine.

We installed it to resist strong winds and prevent the door from slamming, which could be dangerous if a child’s fingers are near the edge. However, the built-in tension is too weak to withstand wind pressure. Living on the 30th floor, where even mild winds cause doors to thrash, this device proves ineffective.
