Deva Curl No-Poo Decadence, 12 oz

It feels like washing the hair with a conditioner. It is creamy and does not foam at all. It's a bit strange at first but my hair felt soft and clean.It's important to mention here that my hair is slightly wavy with oily roots. I could not find a no-poo shampoo for straight or wavy hair so I decided to try this one. For this reason even though it feels clean, every few washes I need to use normal shampoo because my hair starts to feel a bit heavy (every 2 to 3 washes). I believe it’s because the hair needs time to adapt to the lack of chemicals, so I assume it will get better with time.For my hair it removes the frizziness and reduces the volume a bit caused by that (note: I have a lot of hair), and I’m very happy with this result.One tip for people with hair like mine or struggling to get used to this, it's to use on the hair before it gets dirty and oily. I might be everyday at first, but it does get better. Also washing with other shampoos every few Deva curl washes can help with the transition.It’s been almost 2 months since I bought this product and still very happy with it.I tried the no-poo/bicarbonate of soda instead of shampoo and rye flour but failed miserably after 2 weeks, but this one seems to be working.For people that are trying to reduce chemicals on their body or go no-poo, it is worth trying this product, even if it is to used between normal washes.

Recommended as as a hair wash product which it does fine but it doesn’t help clean the scalp so I think I will still need occasional normal shampoo. I was expecting it to be more penetrative . Fine if you have shorter hair

Nothing beats this cleanser for perfect, effortless curl formation. I've used this for 10+ years, occasionally experimenting with other easier to find SLS-free shampoos (always pairing with Devacurl One Condition). But I've yet to find anything that gives me such consistently beautiful results as this shampoo + the conditioner.I meant to order the Delight version and got this by mistake, but the extra creaminess of Decadence doesn't weigh my hair it down like I'd feared.This product was original.

I heard about this Poo from my daughter who had purchased it in America where she lives. I tried it and Eureka!!. Thus I have purchased it now from Amazon.

Not worth the money. You have to use a lot to feel like your hair is clean so it hardly lasted 2 weeks. I also found that it didn't make my curly hair any softer or in any better condition

Had high expectations as love the original no poo but this didn't agree with my scalp..left scalp itchy and flakey

Used this product for over 3 years and still love it
