Great mouse if you're looking for a cheap usb-c one. I bought and charged this two months ago and use it nearly daily, I am yet to need to charge it again. The quality is better than alternatives at a similar price point. It also has decent signal as I’ve used it under a duvet and has worked perfectly fine.

Purchased thus as I was sick of wires, and having one less is alway a good thing. It takes 2 AAA batteries, and lasts forever! I purchased this almost a year ago, and after daily use, have only just replaced the first set of batteries.Quick response, no delay in input, well built, fits perfectly in the hand and is comfortable during long usage times.Would highly recommend if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to some of the high end, high price wireless mouse options out there.

I like this mouse. It feels really nice in your hand. It’s the perfect size for travelling. I also use this as my everyday mouse. There is a DPI button above the scroll wheel, when you press this it instantly changes how fast or slow the mouse moves across the screen. This is a fab little feature which saves you messing about with settings on the computer. It’s also perfect when connecting to multiple monitors. With a quick press you can wiz across all your screens. There is a little slot in the bottom of the mouse where the usb dongle is held inside the mouse with a magnet. It’s quite strong and has never fallen out on me. The battery life is really good. Although for some reason the low battery indicator flashes for weeks before the mouse actually dies. So I think that part is slightly over sensitive. The only issue I have, is the battery door is now held in place with tape. It does not affect the use of the product. But the door was so flimsy it broke within a couple of weeks of having the mouse. Being as in the batteries last so long it’s not an issue for me. And you can’t see the tape during normal use. Good all round product for a good price. They just need to look at the battery covers. If it wasn’t for that, i would have given 5 stars. But I would still recommend.

Great item and very responsive. I did have a problem after +/- one year with the wheel working intermittently, contact Tecknet and they help to try and sort it out. They then replace the mouse with no hassle. Great service.

Original:I received the mouse on April 8th, and just 2.5 months later, it has stopped working. The mouse is fully charged, but the cursor won’t move, indicating a connection issue between the USB receiver and the device. I’m very disappointed, as it should have lasted much longer than just a few months.--------Edit:After reaching out to Tecknet support about the issue, I wasn’t able to resolve it. However, they were extremely kind and sent me a brand-new replacement mouse free of charge. Honestly, I didn’t expect this level of service, so I’m very impressed with their support and professionalism. The new mouse works perfectly, and I really like how it feels and performs.If your mouse develops a fault after the 30-day return window, I highly recommend contacting Tecknet directly. They’re responsive and helpful. Five stars for their excellent customer service!

Worked alright for about four months then scroll function got very intermittent awaiting response from tech support but will probably buy an alternative product.Item replaced FOC by supplier after confirming fault on unit. Excellent fast response and outcome.

I am very happy with this mouse, good shape, size etc. My thoughts: The black version is super shiny (which I don't like), the grey version is matt (which I do like). The left and right buttons are completly silent, it is odd to start with but really nice. Side buttons are clicky. The scroll wheel is okay, just a shame it couldn't be as quiet/smooth as the buttons.Overall, I am happy, especially considering the low price. I do like Tecknet products.
