Excellent Quality and Value from Flissa!
I collect knives and use them for many different purposes including camping, hiking, outdoors, work, every day use, cooking and food prep, part of a tool set, display pieces, vintage collectibles, and many other uses. I buy the entire range of quality and price, including Wusthof and Dalstrong in the kitchen; Kizer, Sitivien, GVDV, Buck, JSWS, CJRB, Guidesman, Craftsman, Fox, Elishewitz, and many others. I look forward value and never pay retail. I only buy high end knives when they are on sale, because there are so many great knife companies on Amazon that make quality products with great function for extremely low prices. Flissa is one of those.Every piece from Flissa I have bought has been outstanding in quality and function for the price. Sure, Kizer makes some very refined knives, but they can be expensive. I'm not even going to get into Benchmade and other high end companies. While they make exceptional products, I simply am not paying $500 for a knife no matter how great it is or how much money I have. Knives are not status symbols, but tools. Some are truly pieces of art, but I am not paying art prices for a knife. I want value and function. You don't need to spend $500 or even $100 for that. Flissa delivers on many of their pieces for less than $20. However, these are not cheaply made junk but very good quality in a variety of styles and an array of colors that make them attractive as well. They open easily, have blades that take an edge, and they do the jobs they were meant to do.I have purchased several Flissa pieces and they are often my choice when I leave the house. This has become a favorite for everyday use. It has a good clip to ensure I don't lose it and a price that prevents it from being a tragedy if I do. We've all lost knives by doing a job and leaving it sit somewhere only to find it gone when you realize where you left it. I can't imagine losing a $500 knife. There's simply no need to carry one other than trying to impress people, and that's not one of the functions of a knife. Flissa makes good functional knives that are easily replaceable should it disappear. They make great gifts for the outdoor enthusiast in your family, and I have given one of their multi-tools to a family member that enjoys the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. These are the knives you want for functionality, ease of use, quality materials and without all of the fuss that expensive knives have which makes you think twice about using it because you might damage your precious show piece. You can use your Flissa knife and in the case where you've given it more abuse than a knife could or should take, you can get another one, because their prices are absolutely amazing for what you get. Thankfully I've never lost or damaged a Flissa piece, but it is nice having the peace of mind that you can actually use it.Flissa makes great attractive products, the quality is much greater than you would expect for the price point and you will be happy using it for a long time to come. I highly recommend their products. Even as a collector with many nice and expensive pieces, my Flissa collection gets lots of use and they have never let me down. If you don't want to spend money on excessive engineering that you simply don't need and get a great knife for an outstanding price, I recommend Flissa. Many knife companies start out by selling their products at extremely low prices and then raise the price when they have a following. I'm not sure if that is their aim, but I say get them while you can. Many knives that I have bought on Amazon with a price that seemed too good to be true ended up selling for much more later on, and I was glad that I got them while I did. Get these knives before Flissa gets a following and the price goes up.

Good value, a little chunky
For the low price, this is a great exc knife. The blade is longer than most of my other knives, and the thickness is a lot fatter than my Kershaw Skyline or Kershaw Chill. I like how this knife looks, though, and the thick handle makes it comfortable to hold. The flipper action was very smooth and flawless out of the box. It stays sharp pretty well. The clip works fine but the finish on the clip is pretty scuffed up after about a year of use, but nothing terrible, not a deal breaker. I love flipper liner lock knives, and this knife is right up my alley. I would buy it again. Great value.

Good design, sharp edges
This is a nice design that works smoothly, with good apparent quality... for the price. Now, as many other knives, including some from Cold Steel, it has sharp edges that don't make it that pleasant to hold in your hand.

Get it
Just got this knife recently, and couldn’t believe the quality of a knife so reasonably priced. The action is so smooth, takes no effort at all to open or close it. It is lightweight and is very sharp from the factory. Did the paper test and the knife performed flawlessly. It’s definitely one of the better knives you can buy at that price point.

Almost A Great Knife
The media could not be loaded. For the price this is a pretty good knife. It is fairly sharp out of the box. Not shaving sharp but paper slicing sharp. The lockup is solid and it looks good. I actually like the D2 steel. Holds an edge well and is fairly hard. The only complaints that I have is that their was a slight blemish in the edge towards the tip of the knife. This will most likely hone out after its first couple of sharpening's. The second was a material defect in a portion of the G10 handle. Nothing major unless you have a bit of OCD like myself. Maybe a little extra QA before shipping would help. Overall a good knife for the price. If not for the couple of items listed would have been a 5 star knife.

Very good
Just received this knife, and my first impressions are very positive. Size and weight are exactly right for me, the handle is comfortable and feels good, and most important - both opening and closing feel great. Not too loose, not too tight, just perfect. The blade came very sharp. It remains to be seen how long it will stay sharp, but for now, just out of the box, this knife is great. More than good enough for the price. This is my first Flissa, and I guess I will try several more.
