Works great, no more jagged cuts from cutoff grinders
I sell and setup CanDOCK floating drive on docks. We use 2-7/8" Galvanized .120 pipe to anchor these docks. We have to custom cut the pipes at the job site to accomidate depth and seafloor sturdiness. I use to use a battery powered 41/2" angle grinder with a cutoff wheel. Well cuts were often jagged with sparks and glowing cinders flying all over.Started using this cutter 6 months ago, Over 120 cuts sofar. It dose great for what we use it for, no more hot cinders, no eye protection needed, much less chards to clean up and no fire risk.

Very pleased after 1 use
Used for the 1st time today on a 3" cast iron pipe under a house and i was very impressed with how easily, quickly and effortlessly it cut through the pipe. I used to use a battery operated grinder that took a long time and was loud while shooting sparks at my face. Needless to say this tool made my job today 1000 times better. Only complaint is the tool itself is pretty heavy but i guess thats also a sign that its built well and good quality. Time will still tell how it holds up over time but im very happy i purchased.

Old fashion way to cut pipe but gets it done.
The cutter cuts in only 1/4 turn which is great. Need a list of what cutter wheels fits.

Great product
Heavy(for me at 110#) but worked well. Did (12) 3"dia. posts. much faster and cleaner then cutoff saw.

Poor product and customer service
We purchased this heavy duty pipe cutter to cut a 3" cast iron pipe at our place of business in February of this year. Unfortunately we made the mistake of not using this product until more than 30 days after receipt. When we needed to use it this past spring we realized that it didn't cut the pipe. I called and sent text messages to see about getting a refund for this product that didn't just stop working - IT NEVER WORKED FOR US. After reviewing the details of the invoice we understood that we were not eligible for a refund based on the return policy, but were open to even getting a partial credit. I spoke with Nick a few times who indicated that he would get back to me but so far I haven't gotten a response. I would not make another purchase from this seller in the future and am disappointed that we spent any money on this product that didn't work from day one.
