Solar Cover Reel Attachment Kit

Delivered fast. The cover I bought was 15 by 30 (my pool is 15 by 28). It was a bit heavy but was able to carry it the 80 yards or so to my pool.The cover has 6 metal eyelets at the end to make it tougher and easy to put the reel straps through. This made installation easy and the cover reels in and out nicely.I am very happy with this purchase. I received an email today, about 5 days after arrival of the cover making sure I was satisfied. Great followup.

I read all the reviews as I had bought a used pool cover reel and needed to replace the straps. This kit worked perfectly for me. I did buy two of them but as it turned out I needed only one. I am saving the other for future use.

Super easy to use, instructions were clear and straight forward. It was a little tricky using it on a round pool cover but once the length of the straps were adjusted properly it was fine. Straps feel nice and strong, plastic clips are larger than I thought so they will probably hold up well. If you make a mistake and need to move one they are easy to open up and move but then you will have an additional hole in your cover. But overall really satisfied to hold my solar cover on the roller.

Everything came as expected. Straps were plenty long, snap attachments went through the solar cover perfectly, velcro stickers were much better than I expected. All in all exactly what I was hoping for

Was very easy. I had used one of these in the past, but had attached it wrong. The video was very helpful in showing how the clips went on, how to adjust it, etc.

If you have a higher quality bubble cover, it will be too thick for the clasp to close. I tried popping the bubbles under the clasp, but it still wouldn't stay closed. instead, I drilled two holes on either side of the arrow button, and then looped a wire-tie which holds it closed nicely. The straps are way longer than I need, but that's ok. The velcro holds well.

Simple easy replacement for my worn solar reel straps. Better than original as these have larger adhesive velcro patch that sticks on reel. Also can use included self tapping screws for added strength.

These are terrible!!! After following the manufacturer’s installation directions , cutting slits in our brand new solar cover , the clips don’t stay clamped together . 6 out of the 8 keep popping open. It was time consuming and now I have to get different clips and repeat process.If I could rate the “0” stars I would.
