Packaging was great as it was vacuum packed. Quality looks premium and is quite comfortable in use. Product is almost similar to what has been described so am happy with my purchase.Installation was a so simple you need open and fit the strap's at corner.This mattress topper is premium with anti slip feature, so its doesnt skid on the current mattress. Also the firmness is adequately balanced. it comes up with cover so no separate cover needed. The packing quality was top notch. Overall its a great product worth spending the money.

Awesome product and Excellent customer service support. Product was well packed and good quality as mentioned. Measurements were as mentioned. Soft top and good based to prevent slippingInitially courier was send through xpress bees and they hesitated to deliver it. When informed the customer support they took immediate action and send it via shiprocket vendor and it reached safely on time. There was delay in delivery due to 3rd party issues but it was compensated by adding good quality form pillow of decent size.Over all good product and customer support.

The product quality stands true to what's promised by the brand. Quite soft and comfortable to sleep on. Doesn't hurt the back. It is also value for money because it is easier to get a topper fro your mattress rather than getting a new mattress.Very easy to fold in three and store it aside as well. While most of the toppers advertize memory foam, this one also has a carbon infused cloud foam which gives the mattress extra softness and provides good support. The product comes vacuum packed and is available in various sizes. Mr. Raghav Gupta the owner is very helpful and interacts directly with the clients which is a welcome change from dealing with customer service. He is very promt in his response and even ready to customize the product according to individual customer needs. The topper comes with its own cover which is anti-slip. It also has straps which ensure that the topper remains in place and does not shift while sleeping. I would recommend the topper to people who want a softer feel to their mattress.
