Exciting machine
A really good workout for your full legs. It gets your heart rate up.Drawbacks: the bands arent that adjustable. May not be good for people with knee issues or may cause knee issues if your knee are weak

Check the item before keeping.
Stepper machine is very useful and nice for training , I have received my machine but its steel hooks and the attachment ropes hooks were rusty and felt used ,, also after time I felt squeaky sounds coming when using steps.. I forgot to replace the item as I exceeded the return days policy .

Sturdy!!!! Amazing!!!!
Impressed by the durability and functionality of this stepper! Unlike a rival brand's product I returned, the step counter works seamlessly. Following the advice to start with 5 minutes a day has proven effective in keeping my legs and calves in shape. Highly recommend!

No resistance less then a month later
The left side started acting up and the resistance is on and off making it dangerous because you can lose balance and practically useless. That’s less than a month since I bought it. Too bad the return option is no longer active.

It's doesn't have side to side option. It only goes up and down.Extremely heavy and came partially damaged
