Good scan tool but has a very common flaw
Bought this from Amazon in 2023 and was a really good addition to my toolbox. Unit is great except for the cable connection on the unit itself. You plug in the The unit has the male end of the connection with the cable the female end. This is a widely known issue and should be reversed with the male end on the cable and female end on the unit. If you bend a pin then its easy to replace the cable. 6 months ago I managed to bend a pin on the unit when inserting the cable (very easy to do if you are in a hurry) and even after trying to straighten the pin it will only bend again when trying to plug in the cable. Contacted Launch to try and get it repaired and was informed that they dont do repairs. So basically dont expect any help if your unit has an issue. Unit is now junk unless I can find somewhere that will fix it.

Chinese copy not supported by Launch
Mine stopped connecting to cars after 6 weeks. Contacted Launch technical support and they wouldnât support it as it was a âChinese import modelâ. Shame as it was excellent when it worked. Fortunately Amazon took it back.
